Received An Email Asking Me To Review My Order On TrustPilot Before My Order Even Arrived!
I placed my Nature's Way order a week ago, it has not arrived, and I have had no updates as to why from the company. This isn't the 1970's when you were regularly asked to wait 28 days for delivery. These days one expects orders placed online to arrive in a timely manner, and if they do not, it is the duty of the supplier to inform the customer as to why.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived with you. Having looked at the tracking on the Royal Mail website it says that it is due for delivery today. Your confirmation email has the Royal Mail tracking number in it so you can use this on the Royal Mail website at any time to see the status of your delivery. We cannot unfortunately track the thousands of orders we have with Royal Mail on an individual basis.
We pay Royal Mail for a 48hr tracked service for our customers so it is also frustrating for us that your order has not arrived on time. We apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for their slow service.
Our review emails are automated to be sent seven days after the order has been dispatched so usually our customers have received their delivery by this date.
