Overpriced scam
Overpriced scam. I ordered 4 treatment polishes… apricot cuticle scrub, vitamin coat, apricot base & top coat.
Totally awful.
In the initial delivery the top coat bottle was half empty & totally dried up gunk. I emailed customer service & they sent out a replacement. But when using the treatments even after receiving the replacement, the polishes are just pointless to the point of being completely unusable. The exfoliating one doesn’t do anything, because the scrub particles don’t brush on. The vitamin coat & apricot base look fine when initially applied but both dry with an incredibly unnecessary rough finish. Then the top coat, even with a really thin layer dries so gunky that it rubs/peels/falls off in gunky chunks just an hour later. I expect Claire’s Accessories sell higher quality kiddie polishes than this stuff. Don’t waste your money.

It’s worth noting that our treatment polishes are formulated a little differently to standard nail polishes — they contain active ingredients that can sometimes behave unusually if applied too thickly, or if nails have any residue from other products. Lovely brand and products
Incredibly fast dispatch and delivery, lovely products. I really love the branding and range of products from Navy and have been recommending to all my friends. The products are brilliant. I love the cuticle cream but recently purchased the nail buffer and it is the best I have ever had. My nails still have a really good shine 5 days in and after 2 days of cake making. Really pleased with the results

Parcel arrived reasonably quickly &…
Parcel arrived reasonably quickly & well packaged . My nails are in a sorry state due to chemo medication but the cuticle balm seems to be helping . I have only been using it for less than a week. I find it needs to be kept in the fridge otherwise it’s very runny. The file and buffers are good quality.

Could be quicker in their post
Could be quicker in there postage but lovely smell of the cuticle cream even though it will take a couple of weeks to see if it works. The smoothing boards didn't smooth all my ridges but I have had them a long time so will see if it works.

Saw a good review about the nail cream and nail buffer file in the Mail on Sunday. Decided to give it a go. So pleased I did. It is instant. Nails already. Improved. The file is really good too. Ordered the hand cream and wash gel duo but not started that yet. So far, extremely pleased with service and products.

So far so good
It’s probably not long enough to leave from receiving the cuticle balm and an email requesting a review. A couple of months rather than a week would be better. Also the link in the email doesn’t work.
However, I adore the smell of the product and it is really easy to use. So far so good and I will continue using it.
I have one small piece of constructive criticism, the font and print on the box of the instructions and ingredients list are tiny and being reflective gold is really difficult to see!

So far so good and I’ve only had the products two days. I suffer from an allergy to gel /acrylic nails and as a result my nails have all started to lift from my nail bed from about halfway down my nails.
I read a review on gel nails in a national paper and the reviewer had started to use Navy nail products and was really impressed with the cuticle cream, so I thought I had nothing to lose here.
I’ve used the products for two days now and the irritation around my nails has all but gone, including the fungus that had accumulated under my loose nails. I appreciate that by having the gel removed from my nails that they were going to improve anyway, but this is the second time I’ve had this problem and the first time, it took a couple of weeks for my nails to calm down. I really hope they continue to improve as they have done and maybe, just maybe I’ll end up with beautiful natural nails. Never again will I have gel nails, sadly

Terrible customer service
When my order arrived of the four items ordered only three were received. I phoned immediately and was told they would investigate and call me straight back, no apology for the missing item. There was no call back. I phoned again and spoke to the same person Tracey and was told she had not had time to check the packing cctv to see IF the item was missing and would call me back. She called back and advised the cctv had been viewed and the item was missing as I had advised and would send a replacement, again no apology. My customer experience was horrible I was made to feel I was 'trying to pull a fast one'. I have never been made to feel like this and I say this as a retired customer service trainer for one of the countries largest retailers. I sent a letter marked addressee only to the founder detailing my experience, you have probably guessed it wasn't even a knowledged. From a brand that is marketing themselves as a prestige brand it saddens me that it is not being recognised that customer service experience is paramount to a brands success. I will no longer purchase from Navy and will no longer recommend this brand to others¹

As explained in our communications, it is company policy to review CCTV footage of the packing process whenever an item is reported as ‘missing’. This policy is in place to protect our business and to ensure accuracy and fairness for all customers. We apologise if this process made you feel questioned rather than supported, as that was never our intention.
Having reviewed the communication, I can see that our team did their utmost to resolve the issue by checking the CCTV and arranging a replacement as quickly as possible.
Please be assured that your comments have been shared with the team so that we can learn from this and continue to improve our customer care.
We are always grateful for your feedback and are truly sorry that we did not deliver the level of service you deserve.
Very poor customer service
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Navy Professional Ltd. I purchased a pair of the Helen Cuticle Nippers on 31st July and, despite being a small nail tech working with just 1–3 clients a week, the blades became blunt and unusable within less than two months.
When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the poor durability, the company accused me of having damaged the tool. I handle all of my tools with care and store them properly, so this was both unfair and frustrating. The fault I reported was about the blades themselves becoming blunt, not the tips as they insisted.
For the premium price and reputation of this brand, I expected much higher quality and better customer service. Unfortunately, I was refused a refund or replacement, leaving me very unhappy with both the product and the way my concern was handled.
I do not intend to buy from Navy Professional Ltd again and cannot recommend them to other professionals.

As explained during our correspondence, unfortunately we are unable to be responsible for accidental damage to tools once they have been removed from their packaging and put into use. To ensure we handled your concern thoroughly and fairly, we had the nippers independently inspected and provided you with images confirming that the blades had been significantly damaged beyond repair, rather than naturally becoming blunt.
Although we could not offer a refund or replacement under these circumstances, we did extend a discretionary discount towards a replacement tool as a gesture of goodwill. It is important to us that we remain fair and consistent with all customers, and we follow the same process for every case.
We are sorry to hear that you remain disappointed and appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continue reviewing our service and standards.
