Brilliant job, windows and door look great
From the initial visit to the completion of the installation we have been very impressed with Trent Valley Windows, everyone was friendly and professional, the windows and patio door look great and were fitted with very little mess and no disruption to the internal decor, we would happily recommend Trent Valley Windows.

Very poor customer service from Trent…
Very poor customer service from Trent Valley Windows. I called regarding an unresolved glass issue and to find out who I could speak to, as my calls have not been returned. The lady who answered, who said she was from Wakefield, was rude, laughed at me, failed to listen to my concerns and eventually hung up on me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. All I wanted was an answer and some help resolving the issue but this seemed to difficult for her !

Five star experience with Trent Valley. I had a new red door fitted the process of paying was fine. The price for the door was fine and the guy that fitted the door was lovely. Recommend them thank you.

I was very pleased with the collection of composite doors from Trent Valley Windows. From making contact to making my purchase I was put at ease when making my door selection.
I was contacted in advance of my installation date, and the installation team Darren & Dwayne arrived on time. Both of them carried out their task in a very professional way taking care of my property when removing my old door. They took time to answer all of my question along the way.
Once completed the work area was cleaned away and all the rubbish removed.
1st class job all round.

This was a good quality product, very well installed for a good price. Everyone from this company who we have had contact with, from the original salesman who responded to our enquiry, to the surveyor and the installers, were diplomatic and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely disappointed. Find a company not connected with TVW
Extremely disappointed.
Extension work still unfinished after 6 months. Project manager beyond useless with a distinct inability to communicate.
Products arrived damaged, faulty product installed, site left a mess, damage to property still unresolved after 3 months.
Formal complaint goes on unresolved.

I used Trent valley windows and doors…because they are brilliant
I used Trent valley windows and doors some years ago and thought I'd use them again for new french doors and a window, from the initial telephone call and throughout the entire process I was kept updated and informed, the fitter was excellent and a pleasure to have in our home, his standards of workmanship were excellent and he left the place spotless. We had 2 composite doors fitted, the doors are of a really high quality and the fitter did an amazing job, we’re very happy with the finished product! Excellent service, we’d definitely recommend to friends and family based on our experience!

I had to contact Trent Valley Windows to come and fix a minor issue with one of newly fitted windows. They were great from the moment I contacted. A suitable date was arranged and the fitter arrived promptly and fixed it super quick.
