Not overly impressed will shop online in future
I went directly through the store and was hoping that there might be some kind of advantage to this but the delivery cost was exactly the same as online. I have bought a lot of furniture lately from another store in Bury St Edmunds and have been given discounts for customer loyalty furthermore they do not take full payment until delivery is due. Neptune take 100% despite a 10-12 lead on one of my items.

Having looked into your order, we can see that the delivery charge was reduced to £30.00 instead of the usual £60.00 and that due to you purchasing a sale item, this does incur a full payment, to secure the product.
We do also offer advantages to our loyal customer base, when our customers shop with us frequently. You will also receive promotional offers, when you are signed up to our mailing list.

Sarah was extremely helpful
Sarah was extremely helpful. Our order hadn't arrived on the date given, which was disappointing, however she informed us that some of our items were in stock within the store and thus it was possible to collect those. The staff are always friendly and Sarah always offers a supportive manner.

Great service
Lucy helped me choose the fabric for a new foot stool & then further helped with selecting a range of cushions! She didn’t mind staging the cushions on one of the store sofas for me to get a proper look & as usual the staff made a lot of fuss of my little cocker spaniel

Store visit experience

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff member … maddie who assisted us in choosing a tray for our Neptune footstool. She showed us a variety of different looks to help us decide and had an understanding of the importance between practicality and creating a theme. She had good knowledge of the Neptune products and we ended up purchasing 2 trays and have not regretted that purchase !!

Fantastic service that matches the quality products
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Siobahn for my recent purchase. I was so indecisive, but she took the time to chat with me and help me narrow down what I was looking for. It wasn’t long before we found the perfect pendants to sit above the dining table. I am absolutely thrilled with how the pendants look, but also very grateful for the help in choosing them!
