As usual my experience of Neptune at Colchester was great. I had ordered a couple of items and these arrived at the store on time and I was notified of their arrival.

We have bought quite a bit of furniture…
We have bought quite a bit of furniture recently at Neptune Colchester, and we like to have the experience and honestly of Charlene. She totally understands our style and we both trust her 100%. What has been delivered so far looks great in our home, can’t wait for the sofa and dining furniture to arrive now. We will certainly be back for her advice soon. She is very friendly, professional and honest . Superstar!!

9/10/22 table delivered ,two men were polite and courteous,however disappointed to find upon assembly completion dent in top of table.assured this would be addressed asap. Lady from your company tried to get us to accept table at a discount (felt she was waiting for us to suggest a price) said no thanks wanted replacement.table came 23/10/22 this time no problem hooray!!

A beautiful shop with very helpful staff. I bought 2 pendant lights which were too large for my room and needed to exchange for smaller ones which although I couldn’t see them in the brochure within a few minutes they called me back to staff confirm they could get them. No hassle and sorted so quickly by great staff. Thank you.

Disappointed
I love Neptune but have been disappointed by the Colchester branch recently. It is a reasonable drive for us to get there and I was looking forward to visiting last weekend. Didn’t have in stock anything I was planning on buying. Wasted time and petrol.

Neptune dining table
We had our dining table delivered by Neptune recently, who were very accommodating with delivery times and it was a faultless delivery, the second delivery we have had from Neptune in recent months. Very professional service.

I have recently had the home design…
I have recently had the home design service and am over the moon with the end result. The service from everyone at the Colchester store has been fantastic.
Debbie, my designer, in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the result. From the initial consultation where Debbie really got to know me and how we live in my home all the way through to delivery and after care nothing has been too much trouble.
My only critiscm comes with the delivery and quality control.
In short, this was not a white glove delivery as promoted on the website. In fact there were no gloves on my pale oat linen sofa! Although the guys were all extremely polite.
It also appears that quality control is non existent. A replacement Ardingly drinks cabinet was sent out in a worse condition than my original and a different specification.
Debbie and the Colchester store manager have resolved any issues I have had very quickly and have been more than fair - I cannot fault the store or the staff there at all and will most definitely be using their home design service again - watch out Debbie...!
