Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. Top quality with excellent customer service
We always enjoy the experience when go into the Edgbaston store. Excellent customer service, always friendly and ready and eager to help. We are over the moon with our kitchen and all the other pieces of furniture we have bought, beautiful quality and an amazing range of paint colours you can choose from allowing you to be adventurous when planning your rooms.

Delivery men were amazing

Neptune sell expensive high quality furniture not always available elsewhere so if that is what you want they are excellent

Great service and advice from Daisy at…
Great service and advice from Daisy at Edgbaston shop.
Only thing that detracted was the delivery from DPD who are rude and took 2 attempts to delver. On both days I waited for them. I have made formal complaint to DPD . Neptune delivery staff are fantastic. Worlds apart!

Haven’t had a bad experience with them or online. Always fantastic quality and the in store experience and experiences such as wreath making is always such a fun way to visit the store.

Friendly and thorough service through…
Friendly and thorough service through the whole procedure of buying a new kitchen. Designer was knowledgable and able to produce a design that met our requirements. Fitters were incredibly skilled and able to adapt on the spot where necessary to ensure a high quality job and the project manager had great communication throughout the fitting.
Very much enjoyed working with everyone and very happy with the quality kitchen we have purchased.

Beautiful Store
I made a last minute decision to take a little trip to Neptune Edgbaston. It’s such a warm homely welcome when you enter the showroom. It is laid out so beautiful it truly gives you inspiration. The staff are always so helpful, friendly and polite

We are delighted with the recent additions to our home and all items have drawn admiring glances from family and visitors alike.
