Oval Dining Table and chairs
Recently purchased the Oval dining table and chairs from Freya at the Guildford store. The service and delivery was excellent despite the delay in the chairs. Very pleased with the final outcome, they look great in my dining room.

When we first started our renovation project, we really liked the look and quality of Neptune and decided to have the whole house decorated with Neptune. Their interior and kitchen design team was very helpful and prepared beautiful presentations of what everything would look like. The installation team was most efficient and helpful and we are completely happy with our experience. Special thanks to Jess and Mary -the designers, Sarah- design coordinator, Ian - installation manager, Eleven oaks- installers, and Tom -decorator. Highly recommended!

We bought a piece of furniture in the Chawton modular range to put in our kitchen. We visited the Guildford store and we were impressed by the quality of the furniture on display. Freya, a home specialist, was very courteous and knowledgeable- she listened to our requirements and took us through the options. She took our order and kept in touch with lead times. The furniture fitting was completed in a careful and conscientious way and we are very pleased with the result. Freya contacted us to check all was ok so thank you for all your help.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Neptune and we are very happy with the end result.
The project started with design concept, on-site visits, planning, etc, and we were kept in the loop at all times.
Nothing was ever too much of a problem, being encouraged to take our time over choice of style, layout, colours and timescales. This all made for a relaxing process and gave us a feeling of confidence in what was promised. For example, this included changes to colours and work surfaces which would probably frustrate many a supplier!
Once we had sorted the whole area ready for the dry fit (completed perfectly by Steve Matthews from Warmflow and his team), the Neptune installers did a fabulous job, whilst working in what must have been the hottest days of the year - great stamina! Any large fit involves various small niggles, and these were always ironed out with the least fuss and we were kept abreast of timescales at all times.
The final result has given us a kitchen of high quality that will clearly last the test of time, something Neptune feel confident enough to supply a lifetime guarantee for.
We have a bespoke personalised kitchen that WE wanted, and not that as desired by a designer - this was very important to us.
Special thanks (in no particular order) must go to the Project Manager Ian, and Sarah, the Design Assistant in the Guildford branch. Bryn, Karl and Ollie from Eleven Oaks fitted everything, and Tom put the final touches together including the decorating. They were thoroughly professional and we would rate them as highly recommended.

Staff were very helpful in the store. Had to do quite a bit of checking to make sure I could get what I want. I like that they made the effort where some stores may not have. They kept me up to date with progress of my order and were very pleasant, polite and professional. And they sell lovely items! I always walk into Neptune stores even if I am not looking for anything specific. I love just to browse sometimes ;-)

I did visit Neptune in Guildford a month ago and I was helped by Freya.
This young lady was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Freya offered to arrange a delivery for the heavy items that I could not take with me on the day. I have also received a follow up call by her making sure that I was pleased with my purchase, once arrived at home. A great experience!

Do not buy.
I bought 2 sets of Handsworth cutlery for my daughter’s new home a few years ago. It said it was dishwasher proof.
However the sticking out metal ends have badly corroded and are very rough. It now regularly scratches your hand when in use.
My daughter had taken it back to your Guildford shop and was told to maybe NOT put it in the dishwasher.
We would not have bought the 2 sets if that’s what it said.
I have just spoken to Customer Services and they’re not prepared to do anything about it.
Do not buy Handsworth cutlery, it becomes unusable if you put it in the dishwasher as per their instruction. Mrs. M. Kyle

There was a long lead time in my mirror as it had to be hand-painted….but it arrived on the due date and packaged amazingly to prevent breakages….
First time customer…..but Highly recommend Neptune!

Really helpful staff and very happy with garden chairs

Jess was so helpful in putting my lounge together she was there when items were delivered and she checked in at every stage. She was also happy to help afterwards with ideas on accessories even when they were other brands.

Great customer service. We found an angle poise floor lamp we liked in the shop but unfortunately we discovered it was the end of a line. The Guildford staff contacted other stores for us to no avail but we were able to purchase the display one in Guilford (with a discount!). They were all really helpful especially Shailie who gave advice on the shade too. I don't like "interior design" shops but they are all really approachable and efficient here.

Had a complete replacement kitchen installed incorporating Neptune's Henley range. We bought through the Guildford store and were delighted with the service we received, from start to finish. Gareth made the design process smooth, taking all our design requirements fully into account and adding the flair that we hoped to tap into by using Neptune. He steered us through our many uncertainties and anxieties, ably supported by Sarah.
As for the installation, that all went to exactly to plan. The installation schedule was set and met to the day...a big relief when dealing with such a disruptive process as a kitchen replacement. A big thanks to Ian Williams and the delivery teams for making sure the schedule was met and to Ian Woodward who, with his support team, worked incredibly hard with impressive levels of skill and professionalism to complete the installation, all in a friendly and polite manner.
Finally 'Anything Stone' did a great job of installing a quite expansive area of worktop.
To sum up, an excellent team effort produced a beautiful, high quality new kitchen, all achieved in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommended.

I had a new room renovated and extended that desperately needed some interior design. I wasn’t sure where to go for something I would really love (as I’m very particular!) but I read some excellent reviews on Trustpilot about Jess Barrett in Neptune Guildford. So I gave her a call! After a few months of meetings and discussions, install day arrived last week! Jess and Shaillie shut themselves away til the grand unveiling. Well, what can I say? I was literally blown away by everything. It took my breath away! The room is absolutely stunning. It’s everything I wanted - and more!! I love everything in it. It was such a pleasure to work with Jess and benefit from her fantastic advice and recommendations. I’m so delighted to have finally find someone who will give me interior design that I will love for years to come.

Discrepancies on the Neptune website versus actual stock availability was sorted by the very helpful staff at the Guildford store - allowing me to order the Shoreditch Carver chair and accept delivery 2 weeks post purchase.
