Neptune - Reading Opiniones 

We visited the Reading branch, we were made very welcome with a nice coffee.
All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their range.
We placed an order and were told 5 - 10 days for delivery. It arrived within 3 days, the courier company kept us informed at all stages.

As we have said before quality and value cost a premium but with Neptune it’s worth it. Whe we bought are first house in 1969 we bought mainly Danish furniture. Now we we buy Neptune. Need we say more. Thanks Mike Robins.

Delivery was excellent and the team who delivered the bed were very polite and efficient. They assembled the bed and took all the stress out of taking the packaging away . The bed was in perfect condition and it’s such fantastic Neptune quality. Definitely worth it . I recommend Neptune

Online experience great in store experience bad - they told me items were unavailable and discontinued - when I phoned up they were available and in stock so I ordered online

Great staff. Always helpful. Love Neptune. And the products and quality are outstanding.

Five stars to the customer service team who went above and beyond to help us out. We have a house full of Neptune and bought a dinner service just as it became discontinued (that was bad luck!). On a visit to their cafe they had large coffee mugs in our design… a quick email to the customer team and two of them are sent in the post to finish the set… big thanks from us.

team there are always so helpful, Jackie always go's above & beyond whatever you ask she will always try to help! I Would definitely reccomend a visit especially if you are looking for something lovely for your home.

Brilliant team, service and follow up

A spur of the moment stop with a visitor from Scotland as we had been discussing garden furniture etc. and I knew there was a Neptune shop near to Henley-on-Thames.

Delivery chaps helpful, on time and did ring 30 mins before arriving.

I just had to write to say how wonderful Georgia and Sophie were today at Neptune in Hare Hatch Reading. I booked to go on the mood board experience as just about to start renovating a new house and they gave me some great ideas. It was a really fun experience. I would highly recommend it.

Everything went like a dream from Georgia in the Reading store who took our order, to Dean and his driver who did the delivery and assembly of our Chichester bedroom furniture.
Everyone had a thorough understanding of the products and took every possible care to ensure that our order was correct, every precaution was taken when bringing it upstairs and the assembly and positioning in the room was done with exceptional care.
And the furniture is lovely....................

I booked the interior design service, needing support with redecorating my lounge. Rhonda has been wonderful in creating a beautiful and detailed drawing and mood board for the room. I have loved the whole experience from meeting her at my house to going through the presentation in-store. Neptune sells the most beautiful pieces that have really enhanced my lounge. Thank you, highly recommend.

I love going to this store, not just because it is so beautiful & homely, but also because the team here are so lovely and welcoming. In particular the lovely Stacia who is always so kind, thoughtful & generous, with not only her time but also offering me a cup of herbal tea whilst I browse. Stacia also went out of her way and kindly managed to find me a much sought after bottle of the discontinued English Fig washing up liquid. Both Stacia and the team always make me feel special when I visit, and it is always a joy to purchase from this store.

Our Chichester sideboard was constructed on site and the delivery guys moved it into place and made the adjustment I wanted.
It's a beautiful piece and I'm delighted with the quality and the look
