Jacqui Rossiter did my conveyancing and was recommended to me by a friend - I can't recommend her enough. She helped me to sell & purchase property within approx. 2.5 months. I heard such awful things about conveyancers so felt anxious about this process - however she has been fantastic. Reviewing my case each week, updating me each week, always on the end of the phone, really calm and reassuring when I was dealing with irate esatate agents and so thorough in her work. I bought some land in wales so decided to use Newbold Solicitors and I’m so glad that I did all I can say is they have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish because I purchased my land through an Auction and you’ve only got 28 days to complete then your under a lot of pressure to get the deal done but having chosen Newbold I had no need to worry at all because they made the process so much easier then I thought it would be especially thanks to Melissa who was my conveyancer she was absolutely brilliant nothing was to much trouble she was always on the end of the phone to answer any queries that I had and always dealt with them with ease what ever they are paying her in wages they need to double them because she’s an absolute star. so if anyone out there needs a fantastic solicitor who will get the job done with ease you don’t need to look any further then Newbold Solicitors because they are absolutely perfect and when I need to use a solicitor at anytime in the future I won’t be looking anywhere else but Newbold Solicitors 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣%

Shockingly bad. Requested a call from a solicitor and they failed to call me twice. I don't understand all of the good reviews here as I was unable to even speak to someone in the first place. I can't imagine how this reflects on the rest of their service.

Initially I was told I would receive a call in a certain window, which didn't happen. I emailed to see if there was a mixup with my number or something, and they said it was their mistake, and a new time was scheduled. That time again came and went with no call. I will be finding a different firm to work with.

I approached Newbold Solicitors for some guidance and support regarding a complex probate situation that I was unfortunately in. Anne-Marie was the solicitor I primarily dealt with and found her to be polite, supportive and empathetic towards my situation. She was clear about what the potential process would be and how this would need to be completed and remained my solicitor in this situation when I instructed Newbold Solicitors to act for me.

Newbold Solicitors (in particular Anne-Marie) were extremely helpful, compassionate and supportive in helping myself and my partner recently in navigating a complex and difficult probate situation that involved properties, assets and care home fees. I had little knowledge of how any of the process works or what to do following the loss of both of my parents and a sibling however they were able to guide me through the process and complete the probate with little to no stress surrounding the situation for me, knowing it was in capable and confident hands. They regularly kept me up to date and explained what was required, when it was required and how to complete things properly. They communicated regularly in my preferred method of communication and were accessible when I needed further information or was unclear regarding any aspect of this.

As any issues crept up in regards to the probate they were quick to seek an efficient resolution and kept me informed throughout. The services provided remained outcome focussed but with compassion for the situation that I was in. They continued to provide support when I needed to sell a property linked with this and had no experience of doing so previously.

Based on my experience with them I would definitely recommend them for probate services and services in regards to properties.

As a first time buyer the buying process has been an education but Rameen has been amazing throughout the whole process from explaining things further to keeping me updated and even answering my queries if I was unsure of something.
