They steal other companies items and ideas and pass them off as their own if you want good quality clothing of what you see please go to RATCHET CLOTHING they are the real creators !! Places like this make me sick

They steal designs from ratchet clothing but their versions of ratchets amazing clothes are cheap tacky knock offs

Shocking website, service and fraudulently duping other hard working brands

Received what should have been a beautiful floral sweater but what arrived was the cheapest tackiest printed foamy fabric cardigan. I couldn’t believe it!!
I wrote and told them I wanted a refund and they keep trying to give me a 20% off coupon and buy something else despite me saying it was the worst garment I had ever seen and had no intention of keeping.
I will keep chasing up but I don’t think a person is writing to me.
Do NOT buy from this company!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. As an Outlander addict, a knitted cardigan looked delightful as did a T-shirt with a favourite quote on it.
I was SO annoyed and upset at having been duped- email contact is slow and unhelpful. As others have said, only vouchers/20% and 30% off future purchases have been offered as recompense for the £60 I spent at Christmas.
AWFUL site, lack of clarity & totally lacking customer service.

Do not buy from this company. The quality of clothing is awful and I have been asking for a refund for 4 months now and still not resolved. I am £50 out of pocket. There is no customer care at all. It’s really upsetting that they just don’t care.

Actually they get no stars. I ordered Outlander items. The beautiful sweater I ordered was a polyester button up hoodie that was huge! The sweatshirt was also polyester. I ordered a bracelet that wasn’t even included! Contacted them several times. They asked for pictures which I provided but still waiting for a resolution.

Placed my order on 12-03-2024. Have had no contact from company. Still have not received Outlander clothes or accessories. Very disappointed with this Outlander site. Spent over $100.00 for nothing. Scam.

The “sweater” was just an ugly sweatshirt but when i tried to return it i got a lot of excuses then was just offered a 20% off coupon if I agreed to keep it. Never buy from them.

I was very disappointed with the item i ordered. The picture showed a KNITTED sweater-type item. What I received the item was neither knitted nor was it a sweater! When I tried to return it, they offered me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase-I don’t want to buy from a company that misleads the buyer. The best they could do was a 30% coupon on another purchase.

This is the worse site ever please please get it taken down. Advertised s Scottish knits bought a sweater with embroidery on it. Came as cheap sweatshirt with printed thistles on it not embroidered. Also ordered t shirt advertised with rhinestones on the back. No rhinestones just a cheap printed top. Advertised as a embroidered cardigan knitted the cheapest printed sweatshirt was send. The advertising is inaccurate there is no knitted products just the cheapest material. Really feel done out of my money.

I ordered 3 different tops from this company and they are of low quality and too small. I ordered an X-large thinking they would fit as I wear a large and they are all way too small. They are more like a medium and the only solution was to offer me a 20% discount, like I would ever buy from them again. The material wasn't what I thought it would be either. These are 2 sweatshirts and a zip up hoodie. The material is slick and weird! Don't buy from them!

Total scam. Imagine the worst purchase you made on temu. Newevers and lady's like are less quality than even that! At department store prices! What you receive vrs what they advertise are two very opposite scales! Also, why two different names back to the same online store!? They also advertise easy returns. That is also the very opposite! They do not in fact offer returns. But if they were going to they give you an address in bfe not a return label or sticker which costs about 200 bucks to send back then once they receive however many months down the rd they tell you allow for more time while every one whoever that may be inspects them! The lady at UPS said it's not worth spending 200 dollars on garbage from an actual website store then send forever away for 200 more and it's not even guaranteed you'll get the money back! I only picked one start bc I had to. Scam scam scam!
