I had a problem with a small fitting Outlander shirt.
I emailed my issue. I received a reply in a couple of days. I was given a choice of returning or purchasing
another item with a coupon code. I chose the coupon.
My new order has been processed. Thank you for
the great customer service. My first order from Newevers and has been a good one, so far. Thank you
again.

The ordering process was too easy. 😂 The ability to use PayPal makes it that way. Looking forward to receiving my order.

Your company can improve by sending what looks like beautiful wooly highland cow cardigan and thistle jumper.

I was pissed off when I received the items.

I am a big fan of the Outlander Show and just wanted a piece of clothing to remember the show by.

DO NOT order from here. The Outlander shirts are basically printed on what feels like a paper towel. It's awful!! There isn't even a tag in it to show how to wash it. Feels like a cheap material used for Halloween costumes. Don't waste your money.

It cost quite a bit more than expected. The add said free postage I appeared to be charged and the extra 10% off didn't seem to happen either.

I love the variety of sweaters etc. Looks wonderful and the price is great.

Hände weg! Man bekommt billigste und minderwertige Kunstfaser aus China obwohl Kleidungsstücke als aus "Biobaumwolle und 95 %ige Leinenmischung" beschrieben werden. Die gelieferten T-Shirts, Hemd & Schal sind nicht mal ein Viertel des Verkaufspreises wert!

I love the charm bracelet I received. It was more beautiful than I expected. The only thing that was missing on one of the charms was the name Sassenach and a design above it. If that had been on there it would have been perfect. A most cherished possession to have to remember the wonderful Outlander series.

Shipping took forever and the tracking was in foreign language. Then products we not the quality they looked in pictures...not embroidered just printed junk on cheap fabric. Bought skirt, sweatshirt, scarf and earrings. Only thing looked remotely like pictures was the earrings. Never will shop with them again.

Habe einen Tartan wollcardigan aus schöner dicker Wolle bestellt und bekam billigen chinaschrott..bin stinksauer..sowas bekomme ich bei temu billiger und in besserer Qualität...lässt unbedingt die Finger von dem Shop ...betrug ..man bekommt nicht was auf den Bildern angepriesen wird

I would give the company 3 maybe 4 stars. I loved the rings and the earings ( dragonfly ) I bought but the top as pretty as it was did not fit at all. I ordered the 2X because I was a 3X but lost weight so that's the size I bought at Lands End and Life is Good ( no problem). Your top was like an L /XL. I know sizes in other countries are different. I have the same problem with Irish cloths. Maybe put a chart what size works for you at other stores

I received my 3 shirts today but unfortunately they were not at all what I expected.
I ordered 2XL to make sure they would fit, which they did not.
I will say they were more like size M or L. They were to tight over the breast and much to short in the sleeves.
The quality of the fabric was also very different from what I expected.

I was disappointed that even though I ordered 5 things I could not get the 50% discount. I think I only got a 10% discount??Upon reading some of the negative reviews I am hoping the items I ordered are up to the standard shown on the pictures. A red plaid sweater I ordered had fringe on it. I hope the fringe is real not like what I received from another company where everything was printed on what was supposed to be a knitted sweater! I sure hope my sweater is really a knitted with REAL fringe sweater. If I had read the reviews first I might not have ordered from this company, I hope they live up to the beautiful styles they show on the site. I'll write another review when I receive my merchandise.
I received my order today Jan 5 2025,
I am so disappointed as I ordered large sized 3X and they are comparable to a size L in Canada!
Also what was shown as a knited sweater is a Print on some kind of flannel material that is just not what I paid for. I presume for other reviews about this company I will never get my money back and probably can't even exchange the items. What a SCAM.
Buyer beware!!

Goods received were not what was ordered, cheap nasty material nothing like the photo's. Won't refund either unless you pay to send back. Yet they knowingly send out substandard products (basically crap).

Don't be fooled by the photographs.
