I contacted Newitts to see if they could help with some issues my son's football team were having with their goals, a missing piece of one of the posts. They went above and beyond to try to help, sending a couple of goal posts to see if they would resolve the issue.
Alas, they couldn't quite, but we still appreciated the efforts they went to. Thanks to Mandy in customer services.

Goods delivered on time. No problems

I called up to ask about cricket bags and really good chat with a lady who was very helpful. We worked out between us what bag would be suitable and she helped me with collection delivery option.

I ordered the bag on line and was able to collect it from the HQ within about 30 minutes.

She also promised that I would now play like Ian Botham so I'll let you know how that goes.....

The stumps were at a very reasonable price and delivery was extremely prompt.

I had a need to contact support to add products to an order I had already paid for and received free postage. I received a very fast response from Customer Services who dealt with the matter professionally and in caring way. For that alone I will certainly be placing many more future orders. Outstanding service from Newitt. Have not used the product yet. Hope that the quality of the Annapurna bouldering mat will be the same as the service provided by Newitts. On visual inspection the mat appears to be excellent. Look forward to test it. Will write about the mat quality in a few months time.
