Exceptional service. I placed an order on New Year's Eve and received it 2 working days later. Good quality item. Will certainly use this company again.

Bought trainers for Christmas present, paid next day which was about £8 I think. Great product, arrived on time... too small. So ordered larger size and returned original, return postage about £6. My only issue is the cost of postage being ridiculously high so either free or subsidised return postage would then be 5 stars.

The item ordered was as described and eventually recovered in good order, sadly it was left at the wrong address by FedEx approx 2 roads away. Newitts managed to uncover the address where it was left and I was able to recover.

Newitts supply excellent products, but I needed help returning an item ordered in error. It was really large and not an easy thing to negotiate on my own - the Newitts team helped quickly and efficiently and in a human centred way - they were brilliant.

I sent an email enquiry, which was responded to promptly with the information I needed.

Purchased some gym mats from Newitts which are not fit for purpose.

Mats sold as "hard wearing & durable" and "suitable for strength training" and "offering unparalleled shock absorption for high-impact exercises" (as described on Newitts website).

Also sold as being "impervious to water".

The mats we purchased are falling apart after only a few weeks of moderate usage and are seeping a foul smelling brown liquid.

Mr. Newitt has inspected them and decided this is our fault and is refusing to refund the mats. He has also decided they have received "significant and excessive use". Impressive for someone who has no information or evidence about how often / how they have been used during the 3 weeks we had them.

I however do. They have been used for yoga moves, stretching and core work. Mats that are sold as having "unparalleled shock absorption for high-impact exercises" should be able to handle this.

I have commenced court proceedings to get my money back as they are not as described on the website and not fit for purpose.

Absolutely over the moon that I found these guys!! Amazing prices, quick delivery too. My boys are football obsessed, so I bougjt them a few bits for Christmas and some tracksuit bottoms for myself. Couldn't be happier and will be using them again in the future. Thanks so much!

July was so accommodating with the issues I was having with communication (emails) and did her best to help after I had made an error with my purchase. Definitely recommend Newport’s again.

I had a ball that the valve seemed a little damaged which I bought to Newitts attention, I didn’t expect them to send me a replacement but they sent one out straightaway and didn’t even ask for the other one back. They didn’t need to do this so quickly as I said to them that we’d use it to see how we got on with it.

Top top customer service from Diana earlier this morning. I only put an order in last night and received a message about a unit not available very early this morning. Was offered another item of refund.
Very, swift and clear communication in a very professional manner.
It’s very rare at present that customer service is given to the highest standard.
Manners and customer service costs nothing, but a huge we’ll done and thank you to Diana and Newitts.

By far the best in the uk for this product range. The difference between fabulous Newitts and fellow retailers Kitking and Kitlocker is huge… you both could really learn a huge amount from Newitts long standing company values and standards.

I needed help with my order. My email was replied to within an hour and everything was sorted. Very impressed.

My 10kg medicine ball was totally wrecked by DHL delivery, I think they tied it to the back of the truck and pulled it along the road !
Newitts customer service was outstanding, they replied very quickly to my email and sent out a new ball that day.
The product itself is great quality and very competitive on price even with Amazon (which I don’t actually use, but always come up in the search engine)
I would highly recommend using Newitts for all your sporting goods, a great company with great customer service.

Reliable, well stocked and quick to dispatch

I had a problem with a cricket bat bought for my son which broke and they dealt with the return efficiently and responded to emails really quickly. Newitts refunded me and even arranged for return of the broken bat from Gray Nicholls as we had got it signed by Sir Alastair Cook. They were so good we bought a replacement bat through them even though we found it cheaper elsewhere as we knew the customer service was so good.

I ordered the wrong size, I sent back the scrum caps and tags but Newitts wouldn’t offer me a return as I didn’t have the original box. There was no halfway house, good will gesture or discount offered if I ordered the right size. Poor show, it was a genuine mistake and how I have 2 large scrum caps for a 12 year old boy and still no scrum caps to keep him safe.
