A smooth process
We originally put a deposit down for our new wave doors last year, thinking building work would start in the next following months, but it was delayed to the beginning of the year. Both Zoe and Claire were super helpful and made the whole thing stress free, and wer always on hand on email or the phone if I had any queries. We've now got our beautiful doors installed by the two helpful fitters who make sure you know how to use them properly before they go. Would highly recommend! We were warned the doors may drop after 6 months (which doors normally do), and they can come back to rectify if needed, so hopefully the aftercare will be just as top notch!

Great until they’ve had your money off…
Great until they’ve had your money off you! Very poor after sales service. Been waiting for over a month for a reply from customer services as our doors need adjusting and at worst we are unable to close them on occasion. Chased up and finally got a reply to say we are on a “waiting list”. A week later on from this reply still not heard anything.
Was hoping to be able to recommend them to some neighbours and our builder, but sadly this experience of after sales support means that I would not recommend them at all. Wish I had got standard bifolds from a local company instead.
Have edited my review as maybe the original 1 star was a little harsh. The company were very helpful through the ordering and fitting process and the door concept itself is great, but I still stand by the fact that the after sales service is very poor and I believe this is the measure of a good company!

Called on the 17th April I have been waiting for over two weeks to have my door repaired despite several calls no one has returned my calls there ref cs25085 1st may still waiting for a date only an email acknowledgement of my request.
18th May Finally everything is working,very helpful at the beginning but poor after sales.

We placed an order with New Wave
We placed an order with New Wave, after visiting their Bristol premises last July. All went well, placed an order, delivered and installed on time in August. So far, so good - very impressed. Unfortunately, that didn't last and we have had a few problems since, initially fairly minor, but recently quite major (master doors having dropped, so cannot open/close them). Do New Wave care? Apparently not - impossible to contact after sales other than by email, which they ignore. Issues first raised on 2nd December. Now 27th March and still no response. This is really unfortunate as the product itself is really good, and our builder was going to recommend them to many new clients. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. I love the product (installed on 3 sides of my garden room) but the lack of after sales service has left a very sour taste and, as the weather warms up, and it's impossible to open our doors, our garden room will be totally unusable, as will be far too hot! Shame on you, New Wave, you promised so much, but failed to deliver - seems you're all about Sales, but No Service!
Latest Edit: 03.04.25.....New Wave have finally contacted us about remedials and are booked to come next week, 9th April, 4 months after we started reporting problems to them. Let's hope they turn up this time 🤞 Watch this space.....
Quick update (09.04.25) Just like to report, after all the lack of communication/delays in remedials experienced, New Wave finally turned up on time this morning, and sorted everything to our to our satisfaction. Beautiful sunny day, doors all operating smoothly, now wide open and thrilled with the final result.
Hopefully no more problems 🤞

A great solution for what we were needing
We discovered New Wave at an expo and loved the concept and benefits that this solution gave us. We placed a deposit at the show.
I have to be honest, I was a little concerned when I read some of the comments on Trustpilot but went back to them and heard them out. As well as reading reviews on other sites. Claire hand held the install all the way through the process and we were very pleased with the communication.
It was Jimmy who I met at the show that came and installed and all went well and very pleased with the final product.
Yes it is early days but so far very confident we have made the right choice.
It is great to support a fmaily buisness and sometimes have placed my trust in this product.

Excellent service from start to finish. Whenever we had any questions they were more than happy to help. Their customer service was amazing. Fitters were friendly, tidy and talked us through everything. They gave us a demonstration at the end and explained how to use the doors correctly. Excellent quality doors. Very happy with the after support
Very happy, good after support. Everything worked well, about a year after installation a small piece of plastic had been misplaced. Contacted New Wave (Claire), and the piece was posted out (signed for 24 hour delivery) the same day. Received by me in less than 24 hours. These small things go a long way to make a happy customer.
