Great doors and helpful staff
Great doors and helpful staff. They helped ensured everything was measured correctly and discussed the options thoroughly. The doors were delivered within 4 weeks of ordering and the fitters were very clean and they walked me and my wife through the doors once they’d finished. We are very impressed with them, definitely better than our old bifold.

Would have been 5 stars . . . .
After being let down (robbed!!) by another company, I turned to New Wave having met Zoe and the team at the same show as the aforementioned competitor. Zoe was very helpful, queries were ironed out remotely with the planning and installation teams by phone and email and an order was placed.
Shortly afterwards, I was informed of a delay due to a faulty batch of profile which was not ideal but, was at least well communicated.
The only downside in the whole process was that, during this time, I had a call saying that the white profile had come in and they were trying to prioritise these jobs. I was booked in there and then for an installation date. On the agreed date, I called to find out where the installers were only to find that the installation planner had “no recollection of that conversation”
Installation was rescheduled for the following week. Installation was quick, tidy and the guys were very likeable and polite.
Door looks brilliant and we are very happy with it. But for the scheduling error, it would have been a 5 star review

Fitters were very professional and…
Update: 03.02.25 Although we love the doors, we are still waiting for NEWWAVE to come back to us with a date to resolve our issues, no longer responding to email contact (which is there preferred contact as stated on website) Not impressed so far with the After Sales or lack of it.
Fitters were very professional and helpful, communication with sales team excellent. Waiting on aftersales to look at a couple of minor issues we have noticed since installation but have been responsive via email and just waiting on date for them to come back and rectify issues. Overall very good experience so far. but only giving 4 starts due to waiting on reported issues to be looked into and rectified. Doors look amazing and we are very happy with them.

Appalling after sales service/ help.
These doors took months to get right. Mostly because it's impossible to get any customer service or installation advice.
Sales are good. After sales and installation terrible. There is NOBODY to actually speak too with any questions or queries. You have to send an email rather than speak to a person despite being in the middle of installation! So unprofessional and unhelpful.
For sure our builder will never agree to instal these doors again and we certainly can't recommend them.
It's a shame they can't sort this customer service issue out. The end product is good but it shouldn't take so much stress, wasted time, and money to get there.
Like other negative reviews they've tried to get this taken down! ! This is reflected in every negative review. Don't bully people.

The fitters where lovely and worked…
The fitters where lovely and worked well. however I did a get report of an issue: that my builders battery , in his portable work radio, was taken out of his radio and replaced with the fitters old broken battery. My builders battery was found In The fitters bag. My builder was not impressed and although the doors looked good I am disappointed in this.

Do Not use this company, I gave them a one star review on Google as the fitting was bad, the doors did not work properly and the after service was terrible. This is what I recieved by email yesterday with threats of legal action because of those comments, what a joke.
Good afternoon.
We note that you have made comments in an online review that appear to be malicious, defamatory and deliberately misleading and are intended to cause financial and reputational harm to our business.
This is a serious matter and is now under investigation by our legal team.
Given the serious nature of the matter and as is required by legal insurers, we are unable work with you any further until the content is permanently removed, and our legal team has completed their investigation.
In the meantime, we reserve all rights against you for any financial loss or damages caused by your comments.
Words of advice to New Wave Doors, if the truth hurts sort your compamy out. Look forward to seeing you in court with our client.

Product great but totally ruined by the lack of customer service.
During the sale process, the product itself appeared to be of very good quality and was sold very well and informatively. Sadly, after receiving the items and reporting a problem with the lock we did not receive the same level of customer service as we did when originally purchasing the doors. After making an additional payment for a replacement lock to be sent out, unfortunately this has never arrived. We were eventually advised the delivery had been sent to an incorrect address, however, weeks later this still had not arrived. After a number of phone calls and emails, we were either met with long delays, no reply or rudeness. We were originally emailed asking us to leave an honest review of our experience and so that is what we have done. However, we have since been contacted by the company advising that they will send the required parts but only if our review is removed and we agree to not leave any other review of our experience. They have also contacted Trustpilot to attempt to get the review removed. Our customer experience has been extremely poor and put us off from ever using this company or recommending them.

Incredible Doors
The doors are amazing - they look great and are extremely functional. The fitting team was fantastic - very quick and professional It was occasionally a little hard to get hold of the right department to speak to someone after the order was placed - but ultimately everything went to plan and it wasn't a big deal.

Fitting of the doors went fine
Fitting of the doors went fine. Communication wasn't the best. Still waiting on a response for an issue with my blinds 2 weeks after fitting which was reported on the day of the fitting. As money has been paid I feel they are in no hurry to rectify the issue.

From start to finish these guys were faultless. We met them at the Home building and renovation show at the beginning of this year and they were fantastic there, We were very impressed with the product and they showed us several times the use and the positives. They knew they had a sale but never pushed to get it over the line like most traders would. We signed up and the customer care was great from then on from each department. I made a couple of errors on my measurement form and they picked these up straight away and queried this with me in order for us to not get it wrong at install date, This was great as other companies would have most likely allowed the faults to go through and say at the end "your measurements, Your cost". On the install they were so friendly and professional and couldn't be happier to keep demonstrating the best use. Due to this I have recommended to several friends and family who will be placing an order. I myself am almost ready to make 2 more orders as my house is in the build stage.
DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
