( it was 12:30am when I initially emailed them) they answer my questions and seemed friendly and helpful despite me, not knowing exactly what I was talking about. I ended up getting a NV unit that I’ve always wanted and the proper mounting for that. So far my experience has been A+ five stars all the way. Thank you NVG team

In preparation for purchasing from Night Vision Guys (NVG), I did my homework—digging through forums, review sites, and end-user feedback. Knowing how ruthless the internet and the 2A and hunting communities can be, I took everything with a grain of salt. Now, I’m here to say: I’m glad I trusted my gut.

Last week, I ordered a unit from NVG. Before pulling the trigger, I scheduled a same-day, 30-minute call with Felix Teper, who answered every question and offered to hand-select tubes for my order. His customer service was stellar, but I stayed (healthily) skeptical until I had the unit in hand.

I opted for next-day air, fully aware of the 3-5 day lead time. Felix kept his word and promptly provided shipping info. The kicker? The unit arrived in just three days—before UPS even updated tracking! I was thrilled but stayed grounded. I still had to open the box, and see the specs for myself. I also still had to sneak past my beautiful wife-kraken, as I had not yet broken the news, the stitches still fresh from my kidney sale. Never fear, diamonds will make up for this debauchery. Still, there was credible intelligence that she might garrote me from the bushes as I crossed the threshold into the house.

When I opened the box—wow. The specs surpassed what Felix and I discussed, and the unit performed flawlessly. The so-called “idiosyncrasies” from online reviews were non-issues for me. The performance spoke for itself.

As a retired military professional still working in low-light environments, I can say with confidence: I’ll be a repeat customer. Felix, you and the NVG team nailed it.

Shipping was way faster than I expected. The specs sheets specs are higher than the description. The unit itself is better than my buddies 2200fom WP PVS14. Currently, I run it on a helmet, the right side of the Rayvn dual mount, paired with a Armasight Sidekick 640 on the left. Awesome setup, but might change to dual nods and won't hesitate to buy another. Thanks for the attention to detail and high quality NV Guys.

Bought the Pulsar Talion XQ35. I had a few issues (on my end) and texted the contact number on New Years Eve. They replied and walked me through it. ON NEW YEARS EVE!!!!!!! Excellent support and pricing. Even with the holidays, it shipped out rather quickly, and arrived 2 days early. Will definitely do business with them again.

Awesome company. Ordered and got my 2 products about a week. This was even during the Christmas, New year holidays. I purchased ATN Thor 5 LRF 3x12 320 and a blazeseeker 207. Few hours with charging, learning the systems of both, hooking both to my phone, mounting my optic. I am now all but ready for some good range time. Thank you for the awesome service and great products.

Bought a pvs14 and knew before hand there was two weeks before they coud ship. Around two weeks they contacted me and let me know there was an issue with the supplier (no fault of their own) they stayed in contact with me till I received the item. The Pvs14 I received was awesome. It was clearer than the competitions of the same comparative product my buddy had.

On good faith I put my order in for NVG PVS Gen 3.

Put the order in 11-21-24. Was looking forward to learning in on the weekend. So I paid the $200 to have it shipped next day- It said on the site "in stock"

Next day turned into one week- Fedex delivered 11-29-24.

Now I have no faith in the company. Not even sure the product is what is stated.

The team at Night Vision Guys were quick to respond to my questions about the AGM Secutor 35/384. The purchase of the device was quick and easy. Can’t say enough about how the NVG takes care of you.

I purchased my first thermal with Night Vision Guys. I bought the lower end AGM asp-micro tm160, but NVG sent me a refurbished AGM taipan tm 15-256. I was pleasantly surprised with the upgrade and the item was like "new". When I had questions, they were very quick to respond. Because of my positive experience I had with NVG. I plan to purchase my thermal scope from them.

Product was as advertised. Excellent monocular! Very pleased with the service provided as well as the expedited shipping.

*Updated 11/19* While the initial experience was incredibly frustrating (especially trying to get in contact via phone), I have to give Night Vision Guys credit for stepping up with customer service. Felix arranged to get an adapter shipped to me via next day so I could get my thermal out on the range and setup. The team took feedback and updated the product page to provide a better description.

[Original Review] Purchased a Rattler V2 "Clip On" from this company expecting to actually be able to use it as a clip on. Nowhere on the product page does it mention you have to purchase a separate $383 mount. The advertised "comes with FREE AGM 2120" was a complete lie as well. Did not actually come with a 2120 and according to their CS they won't honor it. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone....All in all an incredibly frustrating experience.

I bought a pair of BNVS-21 2nd Gen White Phosphor w/NVT Auto-Gated Tubes - Lightweight Aluminum Housing. These NVGs are amazing. They have Gen 2 tubes but specs are comparable to Gen 3 tubes at Gen 2 prices. I was able to set up a consulting call before the purchase to answer my questions. The NVGs shipped out almost immediately. I will purchase any of my night vision needs from night vision guys in the future.

I bought the AGM Adder TS35-384 Thermal Imaging Rifle Scope 12um, 384x288 (50 Hz), 35 mm lens works great and you can clearly identify animals out to 350 yard. I had an ATN 4X8 160 Thor Lt it was limited to 150 yards this scope is 3 times clearer!!!

The ordering process went smoothly, except I didn’t send a form in about export restrictions, this was my fault. They had to place my order on hold because of that form had not been signed. They emailed me and I promptly corrected that and they fulfilled my order. They promptly sent my order out. I received the device in excellent condition. I’m gonna be using the PVS -14 with my grandson for astronomy. I got a higher end device with a high-quality tube. It was even better than advertised . I will definitely be doing business with the night vision guys again.

Placed another order with NVG. Felix and his team were on the ball and made sure vendor could supply. They kept me informed and I will be a repeat customer.

Night Vision Guys are an awesome reputable distributor for your night vision needs. Everything from product to customer service to fast shipping was bar none. I utilized their text message option for communication and they always responded promptly. Unfortunately I received the wrong tube by accident on my initial delivery but rest assure since their service is so good there’s zero loops to jump through they make the process so simple, I reached out they apologized and they had the next day air return label sent to me in a day and after they received that tube back in California! I had my new tube in hand in New Jersey a day later, phenomenal! 10 out of 10 thanks for the great experience I’ll be sure to recommend to my friends in the market.

So I purchased an item off of the marketplace. I had a few questions about the image tube and the President of the company not only reached out but also sent me an image of the spot on the tube. The communication, shipping, and price were outstanding. When I received my order less than a week later I texted the afformention Pres and he responded within 15 mins. I high recommend this company.
