Night Vision Guys Opiniones

So I purchased an item off of the marketplace. I had a few questions about the image tube and the President of the company not only reached out but also sent me an image of the spot on the tube. The communication, shipping, and price were outstanding. When I received my order less than a week later I texted the afformention Pres and he responded within 15 mins. I high recommend this company.

Great all around experience. Felix was a wonderful and professional!

I wish I could leave more stars!!

I purchased a PVS-14 along with hardware to attach to a helmet or a picatinny rail. I was able to chat with their support via text message to select compatible equipment that met my criteria. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced, and the equipment I received is excellent. I will most certainly be purchasing from Night Vision Guys again!!

UPDATE:
I have spent several hours using this PVS-14 in the field. I am extremely happy with the image quality and battery life. The helmet adapter and arm they recommended are well made. The pivot function is simple, intuitive, and secure.
It fits a little loose in my helmet point (Hard Head Veterans bump helmet), but easily solved with a little closed cell foam behind the mount.

Leaving a review about Night Vision Guys on behalf of their excellent customer service. As a relative novice to both the world of NV and thermal, I can confidently say that they will steer you right. In particular Felix, whom I've had much communication with. Felix has gone above and beyond with regard to keeping me updated on my purchases, answering my questions, working with me to facilitate difficult orders, and educating me regarding the nuances of certain devices in comparison with others. I can't say enough how thankful I am for his help.

In addition to this, after receiving a few products from them I can say they offer great equipment with impeccable performance. The night vision device I received came standard with a data sheet and as advertised, with extra equipment I was not privy to receiving prior to my purchase. No blems or issues noted after running it a few hours.

In general all I can say is that I'm exceedingly impressed with the service and devices Night Vision Guys offer.

If you’re in the market for night vision, I'm gonna do you a huge favor and save you a ton of time. Just go straight to Night Vision Guys. They are simply the best. Best prices. Best Service, Best Selection. The nvg market is competitive and they really do set them selves apart from the rest. I just received my nvgs in the mail today. Right after they upgraded my shipping from standard shipping to next day air. For no reason other than to put a huge smile on my face. And let me tell you it worked. I saved a ton of $ going with these guys and I think you will too. Just check them out and you’ll see what I mean

Absolutely fantastic customer service, answered all my questions quickly and respectfully and taught me a lot.
And you can not beat the quality for the price, the military spec 3rd Gen NVG I bought from them would have been thousands more anywhere else and thus this was the only place I could afford them.

I recently purchased a thermal scope from NVG and received the best service from them. My questions/concerns were answered very quickly (within minutes of sending an email). Felix was extremely helpful and patient with me while I figured out my issue. Thank you Felix and the NVG Team for helping me out. Definitely will be back.

Fantastic company to do business with

Great customer service! I had questions that were answered quickly, even some questions answered outside of business hours.

I placed an order on February 21st through AFFIRM and Nightvision guys sent it 2nd day after AFFIRM approved the purchase without me requesting that. When or if I purchase another Nightvision or Thermal scope it'll be from them.

These guys are always quick to respond with questions and support. 100% recommend for anything in optics!

I made a mistake and double ordered a very expensive thermal scope. Emailed the company and within minutes they responded and credited the duplicate purchase. No fuss and no delays. They even upgraded my shipping on the first scope just to be nice. Thank you, NV Guys.

Amazing experience. They found the model I was looking for with fast shipping and excellent customer service!

The Night Vision Guys are Awesome!!
Every time I had a question they answered it immediately!! And when it took a little longer to get my order they 2nd Day Aired it !!!! These guys are the Best!!!!

Just purchased my second thermal from night vision guys. Customer service has been top notch and incredible response times even on the weekends. Would recommend them to everyone!

Awesome company to purchase from!!. Have purchased several high end items from this company over the last 7 years. Always a pleasure and never had issues. Items as described and they treat their military customers the right way. They always respond quickly via email. Will continue to support NVG for years to come!!

I have bought a couple different units from Night Vision Guys over the last 2 years. Extremely helpful customer service with fast responses. Products have come exactly as described. They've gone above and beyond answering the questions and requests that I have had for them. This company is great, I will be buying from them again in the near future and recommend them to everyone!

Awesome company, great customer service, excellent choice for a scope I couldn’t be happier with night vision guys! Gives you a chance to own but, pay in installments!

This was my first time dealing with night vision guys and I've read a lot of bad reviews. With that being said, I took a chance and I am amazed at the result. Great customer care. Took the time to call me and address any concerns I might have and was prompt about getting my AGM adder scope shipped out. I will be back to spend even more money A+++

I have worked with Felix Temper for at least 12 years now and he has never let me down and never lead me a stray. I've put my trust in his experience and his valued opinion and it's been very satisfying knowing that he touts the quality, durability and guarantees of these products he sells. Great knowledge, good quality and a good guarantee, How could you go wrong. I feel that I'm finally getting my moneys worth. It's like a new adventure every time with each product. This is my kind of fun!!
