Bought a ring that tarnished within a couple of weeks - spoke to customer service and they arranged for another ring to be sent but the same has happened to the new one within a few days. Cheap jewellery advertised at a higher quality. Very disappointing.

Avoid - The clasp on the bracelet that I received would not open. I asked to be refunded for the postage to send it back due to it being faulty but they were adamant it was at my cost! Apparently it had passed their tests but there is no way it could have, you would have had to use a knife or screwdriver to get it open, there was no way a fingernail would do it. Very disappointing! If there's a genuine problem with your item............beware!!

Wrong item was received initially but was resolved with some communication. Lovely earrings.

I bought some earrings that I saw on a friend and loved them. For some reason 1 tarnished! My friends are perfect and 1 of mine remains ok. I contacted the company and a replacement was sent out which I’m thrilled about as I really like them. Extreme happy and will definitely buy from Nina Kane again

I would not describe this as a 'luxury' item. It is very light and flimsy. However, it is as shown in the picture and provides lots of storage for different jewellery items. It arrived quickly and was appropriately packaged. The storage makes the price acceptable, but the description is slightly mis-leading.

I purchased press-on nails for £10, but when they arrived, they looked completely different from what was advertised on the website. I also had to cover the return shipping costs, only to later find the exact same nails on AliExpress for just £1.25. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be ordering again.
