I contacted Jeremy at niSurv about doing a level 2 survey, the survey was done fairly quickly and the next day Jeremy called me to go through what problems he found and what the best solution would be, he then sent on the very detailed 50 page survey which was valuable to me as a first time buyer with very little knowledge, i was able to re-negotiate the asking price by several thousand for work thats needed doing which without the survey i wouldn't have had a clue, i would highly recommend Jeremy at niSurv for your survey.
