Har ofte litt småproblemer dessverre. Skulle også ønske det gikk av å legge ut de samme bildene på flere komp’er samtidig. Tungvindt å måtte gjøre den samme prosessen tre ganger når man har tre stk å legge ut de samme bildene på.

Support her var enestående ved support her. Vårt problem ble løst på 30 min, etter problemet ble nevnt til løsning var på plass. Komp er oppe og takk for en enestående support. Stor takk til p.e. anbefales og firma og stoler på.

This is a well thought product from a company that genuinely wants to make things better. A simple concept, brilliantly executed allowing communication and reassurance to be provided to loved ones without technical skills. It has been a great help to us, I am sad to pass it onto it's next beneficiary. The "komp"any listen to user feedback so improvements and tweaks improve the already good functionality. What a fantastic way to communicate with our 99year old mother. It’s her window to the world. Messages and photos from her family and their adventures gives her so much pleasure!

We have been using Komp for 18 months. It's so easy to connect and be present with my dad and his carers. I post photos and messages to remind him about family and to trigger a laugh and a smile. Komp is fabulous. I live four hours away so Komp keeps me and dad connected.

I utgangspunktet et ideelt hjelpemiddel til å holde kontakt med gamle foreldre- legge inn bilder 👍 - men jeg ringer til de daglig, og da ser jeg de nesten ikke pga skjermen er altfor mørk. Er ikke motlys, søkt på innstillinger- finner ikke noe sted å sette skjermen lysere. Dvs kamera på komp er ikke godt nok. De ser meg godt. Hvorfor er det ikke lys innstilling på kamera i selve kompen?

Fantastisk god og enkel løsning til at kommunikere med familien (og især ældre) med både fotos og live streaming

Our Komp device is absolutely great and just what we, as a family needed. I had researched other devices with varying costs but I went for this one as it was extremely low tech for my mum. Although mum has switched it off twice, it's so straightforward for me to give instructions for her to switch it back on.
We also wanted a device that only received incoming calls and seemed to have good customer service. We haven't been disappointed on any level. It really was extremely easy to set up and any queries have been answered the same or next day.
Yes it might be considered a little on the expensive side but a price well worth paying for a fantastic device from a technology point of few and my mum is particularly pleased with it and tells all her friends. The app is very intuitive and also easy to use to call and set up photos.

Veldig lett å bruke og supert når avstanden er stor eller for å forebygge ensomhet. Det at den er så lett å bruke gjør det enkelt å velge KOMP. Litt treghet i appen oppleves innimellom. Hyggelig å kunne sende meldinger og bilder i tillegg til å ha videosamtaler.

Mijn moeder en ik hebben genoten van de Komp, wat een geweldige uitvinding. Ik kon dagelijks bellen met mijn moeder die door haar ziekte haar handen niet meer kon gebruiken. De Komp gaat na 10 seconden "bellen" gewoon aan op beeld. En mijn moeder zag mij groot in beeld dankzij het formaat van de Komp.
Ook een supergoede klantenservice: snel en vriendelijk antwoord bij een vraag van mij.

Jeg har kjøpt Komp til min mor, hun er 99 år og har svært redusert syn. Hun var skeptisk. Etter to ukers bruk er skepsisen endret til begeistring. Bilder er kjekt, men de beste opplevelsene er å bli tatt med på turer via live-samtaler, i hagen, ute i naturen og på gamle kjente steder. Enestående!

Life changing. My 94 year father lives alone in Spain. He has been an excellent health until the last six months when he’s had a little bit of a decline. He is technologically horrible. Getting the Komp in his house was super easy and connecting with him is just the touch of a button. I can tell how happy he is to see us on camera. He is socializing with us, even though we live far away from him. And ordering from.Komp was super easy and Nina in customer service was incredibly helpful. Wish I had known about this years ago.

De tvinger folk til og tegne abonnement til 300 kr mnd for og bruke de nyere modellene. De eldre kan du bare koble til wifi og bruke det. Vi blei ikke informert om dette når vi kjøpte til svigers. Helt kvalmt

Noisolation are making a truly unique product. The benefits for our (two) families who use Komp, are immeasurable. We have had two in use, for several years. We can call the komp from anywhere, send photos and messages, appointment reminders, and talk with care-givers whilst they are there. There is a premium level for extra features should you wish, but the functionality is just great for how we use it. The main benefit for us is that the person with the komp monitor does not need to be tech savvy in any way. Don't think of this platform as a social media feed or platform, this is not it's purpose. It's a tool for personal interaction and mindful involvement with your loved ones in day to day life, whether you live nearby or far away from them. Our interactions with the company have been professional, friendly and super helpful. Thank you.

Excellant customer service and the Komp facilities were so welcomed . my mother was in a care home and this made such a difference to her wellbeing .

As well as allowing us to chat to her at any time the Sending of photos and messages allowed her to have lovely discussions with all the carers .
