We are a small charity running a community allotment, we received funding for a polytunnel but were total novices as to which polytunnel was best for us and even how to put one up. Firstly, the instructions. They say if you can put together flat pack furniture then you can do the polytunnel. Wrong! Flat pack furniture has good instructions, naming and having a picture of each piece to use. Not this! You have to know what a collar and a hoop kit insert bracket and ridge tube plugs are without them helping you with any identification. Just a small drawing or picture would do. We are not all experts in the field of constructing a polytunnel!
In the end, it didn’t fit my existing raised bed so I asked to return it.
Yes, at my expense (fair enough I suppose) but I was then informed I would be charged a 15% restocking fee! Bit outdated that and in my opinion, just another way to wring money out of you

Great product. Polytunnel has been up for around 9 months now and has been perfect thus far. 4 stars but would be 5 star if the instruction manual/video gave clearer step by step instructions.
