Terrific service and great quality
Ordered a small 4.5x2.5m polytunnel and the whole experience from the ease of online ordering to the on-time delivery was first class. Printed instructions, backed with the online video made assembly straightforward, and the overall quality and rigidity of the structure gives me great confidence that it will last for many years.

Easy like Sunday morning
Easy configuration online, easy ordering, prompt delivery (very well packaged) and excellent support.
9x4 metre easy build tunnel. Well designed and manufactured. Easy enough for one person to erect but two to cover on a calm day.
Absolutely no complaints.

Outstanding quality and value
This product is outstanding and fantastic value for money. The quality of the tunnel and parts and the instruction video sent in advance were all brilliant. Very very happy with the product and I would highly recommend NP to anyone. One of the good things is that there is no wood used, it's all aluminium, steel and plastic so no rot will occur.

I was able to get help over the telephone and it really is such a relief to speak to a real human voice who can understand my problem and guide me through the pathway on the computer to order just what `I need. Your human workers are invaluable and as I am old I could probably not trade with you without them. Everything worked smoothy and arrived promptly.

The best poly tunnel in my allotment by a mile. The video accompanying the instructions were invaluable. I can’t give 5 stars as there were missing parts in the first delivery

speedy delivery a very well engineered sturdy product very good instructions very helpful video l wouldn't say it was an easy build wiggle wire is hard to put in at the end of the structure you need strong hands other than that well worth the money very helpful staff if you have any problems

Agreed, wiggle wire can take a little knack. But we think the benefits are worth it, it doesn’t pierce the cover like wooden battens do; it’s reusable, can be layered, resists rot and corrosion (especially with galvanised or plastic‑coated versions), and helps the whole setup last longer.

Great quality and service
We first bought a polytunnel and fruit cage from NP 25-odd years ago and they have proved to have been excellent purchases, withstanding the harsh weather of the NE of Scotland including Storm Arwen with 90+ mph winds. Now, moving house, we had no hesitation in buying from them again and were pleased to encounter the same friendly service and quality of product. Very, very highly recommended.

ground anchors…
I telephoned about the ground anchors supplied being no good for the ground we have and as per then instructions rang to discuss other options the person who answered the call told me the only other option was concrete which following further research is not true. I am now in possession of a field shelter I cannot use and a further £100 bill to buy the correct the ground anchors not impressed
