Northern threads Sent a size smaller and would cost further postage costs to return

I ordered an XXL top and shoes, the top delivered was a XL top.
I took the top back to the shop and was told i had to send the top back by post, due to it being a web order.
As this would incur further postage costs and i had already paid £6 postage for a top that was the wrong size, i gave the top to my son.
I will never order online again.

All good

The delivery it was a bit longer, but its okay in this times.
The package was all good, good quality and very good prices. I will buy more for sure

Excellent service

Excellent service, very quick delivery, top quality clothing at a decent price, delivery was very quick even in these strange times, I will definitely use again.

South Shields Designer Menswear

Local to me, Northern Threads is in South Shields. I’ve visited in store and have a great selection of Men’s designer wear and used the online service , and through this pandemic. from ordering to receiving the items was very quick. The quality of items is as described, very good from the brands you expect.

5* for me!!!
