Even though l was booked in, staff weren't aware but still worked quickly to service van & changed brake pads & tyres. Andrew the technician was very through, knowledgeable & explained everything carefully.

I had to attend the branch as I had an issue with my vehicle. I spoke with Natalie and she reassured me she would help to resolve this. Andy fixed my vehicle in a timely manner! Thank you very much.

Great Service throughout!
I was seen straight away at reception by Sue, who was very polite and helpful. Then Andrew took care of the van quick and efficently, explained to me what was done and what's likely to need doing next, then I was on my way with minimum disruption to my work day.

Visited as a walk in customer with my work van. Staff were very accommodating and had a look at my van. All issues were repaired on the day. Thanks to Andrew for getting it sorted!

A shambles
Waited hours for a van that I told would be ready for me first thing so had to sit in their office witnessing pure chaos, lady on the desk had no idea what was doing, she couldn’t answer not one of my questions, I ended up waiting over 5 hours and lost a days work, no organisation whatsoever and unprofessional.
The guy who eventually showed me to my van was full of apologies and helped me move my things across which was the only saving grace.
