Stephanie Kenderdine was the sales…
Stephanie Kenderdine was the sales representative I dealt with. She was most helpful even downloaded all the necessary apps for me as I am a bit of a technophobe. She made sure that I was totally aufait with the workings of the car and I would give her 10 out of 10. There were a few issues with the bodywork on the vehicle which we all missed including the ceramic coating team, but I contacted Stephanie who was very sorry and immediately arranged for the car to be taken in and rectified. That is the only reason I have not given an overall 10 out of 10.

I recently purchased my Mercedes-Benz, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
A huge thank you to David, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. He kept me informed every step of the way, always calling in advance with updates and making sure everything was on track. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out.
David went above and beyond to make the whole experience feel easy and stress-free, attending to every need and ensuring everything ran like clockwork. It genuinely felt like great customer service from someone who truly cares.
If you’re considering buying a car, I’d highly recommend asking for David Van Der Bijl. He made what can often be a stressful process feel quick, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable

Warm and welcoming from the start.
I was dealing with Liam Cunningham, a true gentleman. Made the time for me when I needed a question answering. Always went out of his way to work around me and my timings, this was Extremely helpful with work and a busy family life which I think he witnessed first hand, but remained extremely professional throughout. Process was seamless. A Deal was made on a car which matched my requirements and met me and my families needs. Couldn't of asked for any more. The deal was sealed on the coffee making skills overall. As you can imagine on the day of the car being handed over I was ecstatic for joy as Liam will tell you, and genuinely seemed happy for me. Thanks to all the staff at group, much appreciated. This is my second time with Merc, and il be back again no doubt.
