I needed a replacement vehicle in the early hours of the morning a met Alison at the Avonmouth branch she was already there waiting for me the service and the help provided was absolutely second to none thank you Alison.

Had Geoff Pratt out to my van flat battery he went that extra mile to get it running and finding out the cause, unfortunately it had to go back to the manufacturer for other issues so five stars for this person very polite and helpful and a genuine guy not many of us about from Nicholas Hemmings Cjl construction

Out of Hours service was fantastic
My van broke down, and although recovery took far too long (blame the AA for that, nothing to do with Northgate) their customer service throughout was great, and when I eventually got recovered back to Northgate at around 10pm, Ethan & Allison arrived to take my stricken vehicle and issue me with a new one to get me home. Even though I’d disturbed their evening and dragged them from
Their families, they were nothing but happy, helpful, polite and professional. They got everything sorted quickly and efficiently, helped me sort my kit between vehicles and made my life much easier than it could have been, so thank you to both for that!
