Fantastic Service from Cannock
Took delivery of our 10 hire vehicles today, and Jack (Rental Manager) and the Team at Northgate Cannock made this a seamless transition from our old fleet to the new Northgate Vehicles, without any loss of our teams output. They even delivered additional number plates the same day when I omitted to order any for our trailers. Very impressed by the service from Northgate Cannock!

Branch level is excellant
Branch level is excellant, Cliffe and Clair nothing but helpful and have been on every visit very straight to the point and tells you as it is which is a good trait to have.
Had issues with account manager but that has been resolved by Sean Hargett, who as also gone above and beyond for us and working with us regularly checks in on us and keeps on top of our account

After having several frustrating conversations with other rental companies, dealing with Northgate was a breath of fresh air!
I had particular parameters due to it being a rental for business purposes and Northgate we happy to work with me and made the experience so easy.
