Excellent service and friendly support…
Excellent service and friendly support from all interactions from everyone I've interacted with within the Northgate team but the local support from the Coventry branch has made what was a very daunting time moving from our previous supplier a positive one.
The communication and friendly understanding from the branch made the transition of 30 vehicles a seamless one, and the vehicles provided are exactly what we needed to continue our business growth.
Our business has continued to grow and we're now only a few vehicles away from having 50 vehicles in our fleet. Which ensuring these vehicles stay on the road while ensuring little to no downtime to our business is a big task, but the servicing team always ensures to keep our team out of the garage and onsite working, this is something that we hadn't experienced previously.
I'll always throw a curve ball in to challenge the team but they're never phased and are always there to hit it out of the park.
Have to recognise a few of the team by thanking Ash, Darren, Claire, Jin, Fern for their excellent support, but it's the entire team at Coventry that makes my job that bit easier.

My vehicle broke down on the way to…
My vehicle broke down on the way to work at 10 PM, and I was stranded until 5:30 AM, waiting for a replacement. It was a long and difficult night, but during that time, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jin, who works at Northgate. She went out of her way to acknowledge my situation and was incredibly kind, considerate, and hospitable. Her warmth and genuine care made a frustrating situation so much easier to handle. Jin’s kindness truly stood out, and I’m beyond grateful for her amazing support.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Always happy with the experience and efficiency at Coventry Northgate. On my previous visit I needed assistance on New Years eve when my lights stopped working. I drove in and within no time they had sorted it and other things too.
