Came in today with no advance warning
I was seen very quickly and my van is in a bad way. All staff were so friendly and and so helpful! Thanks so much guys! I’m now on the way home in a loan vehicle which they sorted so quickly! And I’ve had 4 cups of coffee made for me while I waited!

Phenomenal service
Visited the dartford branch on short notice Chloe was incredibly helpful over the phone and I was greeted by Matt upon entry, Chloe was also there, both were incredibly kind and helpful to solve my problem in a timely manner. Dal also handled the manual side of it and was excellent! Would come here to get all future checks completed!

Excellent communication
Our company uses Northgate quite extensively, especially as of late. Communication from Northgate Dartford from Karen and Natalie in the workshop has been top notch. Expected delivery dates on parts, expected times for the vehicles to be seen to. These very necessary specifics have made my job so much easier, absolute stars.

One the best customer service considering expertise and very kind customer behaviour
Every time I visit Northgat Dartford for the annual service or MOT of the Van and also when I contact Dartford branch about existing issues with the Van, I am treated with courtesy and skill especially from Natalie (workshop controller and Taylor (technician)
I fill confidence the team will get job done quickly without any issues and they keep me well informed.
I am grateful for all your staff as they are extremely helpful and customer focused.

This review is specifically regarding Georgia Lesurf at the Dartford depot. Wow, what can I say! Georgia is a breath of fresh air. We had an unusual situation arise with 2 vehicle breakdowns in one week, 1 was then repaired, just as another vehicle broke down at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Georgia went out of her way, even after hours to ensure we came up with a logistics plan to keep our driver on the road over the weekend. So helpful and friendly! Thank you Georgia.
