I needed a M.O.T fast for my car
I needed a M.O.T fast for my car, Grantham staff did amazingly getting my car in. Darren who did the MO.T preparation was great checked over and washed my car. Very happy customer. Staff super friendly and polite.

I was recovered to Grantham where I was…
I was recovered to Grantham where I was transfered I to a lo g wheelbase vehicle, not ideal but resolved the issue of the moment.
Adam, my saviour at northgate was the perfect professional ensuring everything was in order as best he was could with what he had available. I have dealt with Adam before and have to say he is a credit to northgate and should be used as a benchmark for other employees to aspire to.

Fantastic service

The team at Grantham always go above and beyond, with a friendly atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble. Even a coffee while I waited in the comfort of the reception area.

From the very start this company have…
From the very start this company have got it wrong ! . Wrong vehicle ready on the day of collection meaning a return trip to get the correct one, if you have a problem with vehicle your in gor a real treat, I have travelled for an hour and a half for a new pair of tyres only to be find the tyres weren't ordered not once but twice a chipped windscreen became a crack because there impossible to contact and a minor service took over two hours. All of these meen lost working hours for me.
Honestly a shower of s#£t.
