Our experience with Northgate Penrith has been consistently very good. The team are professional and genuinely helpful, always ensuring our needs are met quickly and efficiently. The vehicles are well maintained and reliable, which is crucial for keeping our operations running smoothly. Communication is clear and pro active and any servicing or support is handled with minimal disruption, often with replacement vans provided when needed. Overall, a dependable and high quality fleet hire service that we would highly recommend.

Very helpful
Brad the mobile tech was very helpful, it made it alot easier for us by having the option for a mobile service. The people i dealt with to book the service were polite and got it booked no problem.

We use Northgate as we hire our vans from them. They are always very helpful and efficient. It is really easy booking our vans in with them and they always get in touch regarding any servicing, MOTs or other maintenance any of our vans may require.
