I needed copies of booking forms and rental contracts. I had then to match them all up against the relevant vehicles.

What a lovely heart warming bunch
I was met with unfortunate events with my truck and had to come in the north gate Reading branch. I’ve been to a couple of other branches but not Reading, The team have made me feel welcome and they have kept me informed and up to date with my truck. I’ve only been waiting an hour and already I feel like apart of the family, honestly thank you Reading branch for a great time.

Very helpful but terrible time keeping
They accommodated me to get a MOT at short notice which I appreciated. Negative is nobody here seems knowledgeable about how long things take, it’s either 10 minutes or 45 min. 3.5 hours later and I’m still waiting but it’s nearly ready, only be about ten minutes lol. Not just me but happening to others. Not a issue as things take time, just be realistic about the time so people can plan accordingly

I have no words for the title
After an appointment made a week ago for today at 9 o'clock for an oil change, I arrived at the location.
The van was taken as soon as we arrived, but returned after 2 hours and 50 minutes.
Possibly because the van is also rented from them, and they receive a regular weekly payment.
If I was a new or private customer, I would probably be served much faster
During this waiting period, I asked at the reception if the key can be changed because it has problems.
An employee at the reception told me to buy a battery first, and then if it doesn't work, he'll see...
I also told him that I have problems with the steering wheel, and I can't shift gears, only when the van wants to.
I suspect that in a higher level within the institution, because he was the only one with an orange vest, and a fake smile.
This with a car rented from them, and in their location.
The highlight is that even today the van is paid for, and I automatically do this service on my own money.
I left with the same defects.
I don't know if he changed the oil, or just deleted the service error from the dashboard....

Regarding the time taken to service the vehicle, our process is that if we’re going to need the vehicle for more than two hours, then we can offer you a courtesy vehicle subject to availability, however due to the global vehicle shortage there is a lack of availability at this moment in time.
Regarding the reported issues with the vehicle that were not addressed, we would welcome the chance to look into this for you, however I am unable to locate your account with the information supplied but would ask that you please get in touch with us so we can investigate.
