Adam and his team keeped me updated while my van in in workshop when and when the parts were coming highly recommended this company also amey and all the staff on the hire side for finding a like for like replacement van being in hire game they need tail lifts so massive thanks to all the staff at Southampton depot thanks Adam and team

Do not sign any document without reading and do not thrust any word they are promising, they have advised us to select 12 months rent, but what they didnt say, you have no rights to cancel it even though the engineers you have hired no longer work for you. Very dodgy firm, i wouldnt use this firm never again, they will bombard you with invoices and bills with no reason...

I have a van from here hired via my…
I have a van from here hired via my company,
I had a tyre light come on the dash, added air but the light is still on,
I brought it down to north gate where the gentlemen on the desk came out to look at my tyres right away, he couldn’t see any issues but recommended it to go into the workshop to check in detail.
He got my van in there and then, and whilst waiting made me a coffee :)
Amazing customer services and feels like nothing is too much of an ask!
Thank you to the people down at north gate for making my Monday morning run a lot smoother than it could have been!

5* people create a 5* Service
We use Northgate on a regular basis to supply our field team with vehicles during their probationary period.
The service has been superb in the last 6 months using them across many vehicles we’ve had on hire. I’ve dealt with Amy, Michelle & Barry on a regular basis in the Southampton depot all of them have been a pleasure to work with and are a credit to the business!
I will continue to use Northgate and champion them to anyone looking for commercial vehicle hire within my network.

Transferred to Northgate for our…
Transferred to Northgate for our long-term hired vehicles and we are very happy with the transition and service we have received. Jamie White, Mike Shaw, Kelly Hart & Barry Powell have been great in ensuring that this has been as painless as possible. Very friendly staff. We were kept updated whilst waiting for a new vehicle and always knew at what stage the process was at.
The vehicle handover was straightforward and smooth.
