Peter Smith and son organised everything for us very professionally and Zoe Dunlop gave the service which was truly lovely.

Everyone was fantastic and very helpful only thing could be different would either be better signage at the car park or someone suggesting where everyone could wait

The setting is lovely. The staff extremely helpful before and during the day of the funeral. The chapel is very comfortable. I loved the curtain colours and seating so comfortable. Very pleased. Everyone has said it was a lovely crematorium. We were very grateful for the use of the pavilion after the ceremony. Everything we needed. The online screening went well also. Thank you. We as family and friends are very grateful.

This is a nicely landscaped and designed Crematorium. The Chapel is particularly well designed to give a peaceful and respectful ambience.

Beautiful and peaceful, entrance music too loud to hear vicar but suspect teething problems

The service for my brother was everything my wife and I expected, we wanted him to have a good send off and everyone involved made sure he did.

I would certainly recommend Memoria North Oxfordshire.

I feel we were a little constrained for time and felt under a bit of pressure to finish the ceremony. It would be of enormous help, perhaps at not much greater cost to anyone concerned, if the time permitted were the full hour and not simply 40-50 minutes. It would ease things quite a lot. The second concern I had was whether there could be better communication for the return of ashes to the family. I had to chase up on at least a couple of occasions before I was told when I could pick the ashes up. Streamlining this process would lead to less distress.

Our service was conducted by Zoe, can’t fault it at all she is very caring and can’t do enough to help nothing was to much. Lovely crematorium only thing I would say was we didn’t find it very wheelchair friendly getting in and out of the waiting area, but apart from that you did my son proud thanks
