Mark was very friendly n knew his stuff. He took a while with the computer side of things. Remember the days of pen n paper? So much more reliable.
The whole experience from start to finish was professionally but also relaxed. Mark made us feel at ease n even laughed at my jokes. He explained different things ie payment n advised on different solutions

Howard Spanjar - Datsun of a gun!
Went in with a Fiat 500 and came out with a Qashqai! Howard Spanjar - really knew his stuff and made it easy to buy the car. Coffee was good too.

Excellent Service
EDITED: Changed to 5 stars on 17/07/2024. The isobars covers were missing when I gave the original review, so I was not happy. On a follow-up call with Logan, he ordered the covers and got then hand delivered to me by a Nissan worker! That's what I call stellar service. Thanks Logan and Nissan
The person who assisted me - Logan - was honest, answered all of my questions, and did not try to hard sell the product. He understood when I mentioned that I was exploring my options and planned to visit another dealership.
Because of his approach, I decided to buy the car without visiting the other dealership.
