I was recommended this company by Hewi UK and I wasn’t disappointed. My chosen products had to be imported from Germany and despite a slight delay at the manufacturers end they were with me in time to be fitted along with the rest of the wet room. I would highly recommend NotJustTaps.

We are disappointed that you have left a review without getting in touch with us either by email or over the phone about your complaint as we do mention on our website that if you live in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore UK, Northern Ireland, Eire or the EU, we can enquire with our couriers for better pricing when delivering smaller items. Please contact us with your location and the product you need and we can advise on the most cost effective delivery method for you.
EDIT: Thank you for updating your review with part of your location. As listed on our website, our couriers charge extra for deliveries to any postcodes that fall within AB10-56 area. If you are after a tap then this would have to be delivered by courier, but if you are after a replacement valve or tap handle we can send this via Royal Mail for a lower cost. Please contact our sales team with your requirements and we can advise accordingly.

I checked the details and ordered the valve pair - they turned up on time and fitted perfectly. No more dripping tap - very happy.

Good website, easy to locate product required - great service
I have a Howdens Lamona kitchen mixer tap, which begain dripping. Phoned Howdens, who do not stock replacement cartridges! They offered to order them for me, but I advised that I would go to Notjust taps, from whom I had bought replacement cartridges for a leaking bath tap. Website is so easy to use with number of splines, diagrams and measurements to take to ensure that one gets the right item. It helped that the description stated that the cartridge fitted most Howden Lamona taps. Quickly ordered, paid for and fitted and no more dripping tap.
