Customer service is typically very good - both from the office/organisation to the engineer who calls. William was excellent in his explanations and advice. Also, the price is consistent and reasonable.

Having used this company for a few years, I have always been impressed with their efficiency and reliability. The standard of work is very good and the engineers are thorough and offer good advice. Minor blip this time when I had to chase the office up after instructing them to go ahead with the service but did not receive a call back with an appointment. This was an unusual error.

William is thorough and knows what he’s doing.

After a delay in getting my quotation, an almost immediate date was offered for doing the job, as well as an offer for a complimentary first annual service. Plus point. The quotation said that my boiler replacement would take 2-3 days. However, when Nathan arrived to do the job he said that he should be done by the end of the day. Which it was, another plus point! The work was done cleanly, with no mess to clear up, and no requests for tea and coffee during the day! The following morning there was a problem with the hot water to the shower. this was resolved the next day. Happy customer!

My neighbour recommended N Price and it was a good introduction. They were excellent throughout. William, who came to service my boiler, was professional, highly knowledgeable and a really nice person to have in the house. I'll stay with N Price for all future plumbing work. I hope they send William every time.
