Your plumber arrived on time and completed the repair, to my satisfaction, in about an hour.

New kitchen mixer tap and cloakroom taps fitted to old plumbing. Never easy but Jo sorted it.

The work we requested had two options and these were explained clearly so that we were able to make the correct decision for our needs. We also had further questions about some future work we are planning and again our options and the pros and cons were explained.
The work was done well and the clearing up was very good.

Excellent service as usual - honest, clear and accurate work estimates, tidy and quite pleasant to speak with. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

The engineer broke the hinge to the inspection flap of the boiler case and didnt bother to tell me. Luckily I had clocked it when the case was on the floor. (This is the 2nd year in a row they have broken it). The engineer also stunk to high heaven and his trousers were practically at half mast - not a pretty sight. The previous engineer managed to mark all my newly painted walls by scraping them with his shoulder tool bag. I wanted to support a local business, but too many things have gone wrong, so I will using a different company next year.
