Costumer service was outstanding. Bought a pair of dealer boots almost a year ago for my girlfriend, she loved them. The sole got cracked and was beyond repair, when I reached out to them with this issue given the nature of the crack and being unable to fix it, they sent a replacement.
All the good name this brand has is absolutely spot on and they really live up to it. They replied quickly and took care of it.

I honestly recommend Solovair :D

High quality shoes !
I had a problem with one pair, Solovair sent me quickly a replacement. Excellent customer service!

Had a small problem with a pair of 9 month old Dealer boots where the welt had failed a little at one of the toes. I got in touch with Customer services who offered the choice of a repair at any local cobbler and they would reimburse costs or send back to them for repair. I tried a couple of local cobblers but neither had the hot tool required to re welt the sole where it had come away. I told CS I’d need to return and they gave me a return label. Boots returned to me in just over a week. Great service!

Sadly, after two years of wearing the shoe, they still squeak loudly. Also, the sole has cracked at the side. So, frankly, I wouldn't bother buying Solovair. Seems like shoes are made better elsewhere.

Gorgeous and high quality shoes. I am in love with my new boots from solovair! Very fast shipping (to Germany): Ordered monday and received the shoes on wednesday. I'm grateful that the shoes fit. would be annoying if these beautiful boots hadn't fit. Thank you for making me happy 🖤💚

I had a really excellent experience with NPS Shoes / Solovair.

I contacted customer support regarding an issue with a pair of boots, and the response was prompt, clear and genuinely helpful. Karen and the team took the time to look into the matter properly, communicated clearly throughout, and resolved everything quickly and professionally.

It’s rare these days to deal with a company that combines high-quality British manufacturing with equally high-quality customer service, but NPS really do. The whole process felt fair, human, and refreshingly straightforward.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — both for the boots themselves and for how they look after their customers when something needs sorting.

I love my Solovair footwear & it feels extra special buying them direct from the factory. I’ve purchased two pairs of astronaut boots lately & I feel a pair of Brogues coming on soon. Have confidence in they’re online measuring system, it’s very accurate. Returns accepted & returning bag supplied. The courier service is DHL Express UK & it’s very good (lots of updates & realtime map tracking). Delivery usually 2 days

Shipping (to Australia) was super fast - always has been from Solovair where I’ve bought several pairs over the years. This time, there was a slight flaw with the shoes. Solovair instantly agreed to send a replacement pair, which arrived in about 3 days, and this pair is, as usual, perfect. Great shoes and great service.

Made several purchases from overseas (Australia). The shoes are exceptional quality. Shipping is fast and flawless (good job Team Global Express).

There are a lot of positive views here but that wasn't my experience. As mentioned in other reviews hard to get to talk to a person and the sizes are off:
Tips if ordering:
1) Order a half size smaller
2) Know that if you have to send the shoes back as they don't fit and you ask for a replacement this will eat into your return window.
3) Choose 'Other' if trying to contact otherwise you will get an automated response

Not been a great experience

Such a fantastic, old-school customer service experience. I am in the States, I had a fatal delivery issue with UPS, and Viv at Solovair took absolute care of me. I am now a Solovair customer, for life.

The flame rub offs I purchased from NPS Solovair were gorgeous! They're my first pair from this company. I've been a fan of Dr. Martens for years and when I found out this company actually used to make their boots back in the day, I had to try it out. Once I got my boots, they felt great from the size I usually wear (9). Customer service responds within 24 hours of inquiry. When I first ordered them, there were no updates which led me to contact customer service and they sorted right away once they responded. I recommend them if you're looking for an alternative of Dr. Martens.

J'ai d'abord posté un message pour exprimer mon inquiétude sur l'absence de réponse à mes sollicitations, suite à un problème avec une paire de chaussures : J'ai commandé une paire de chaussures qui ne conviennent pas (problème de confort lié à la taille sans doute).
J'ai commandé une autre paire en m'imaginant que je pourrait retourner la première ensuite, c'était un peu pressé (c'était un cadeau) et je n'ai pas reçu la bonne finition de cuir.
Après un certain temps, le service client a fini par me répondre. Ils étaient surchargés par les fêtes de fin d'année. Je n'ai pas pu retourner la première paire qui a été portée, et je n'ai pas encore pu renvoyer la deuxième pour remboursement. C'est long, ce n'est pas simple, j'ai pas mal de déboires mais :
Les chaussures semblent de très bonne qualité, le service client répond individuellement avec un réel souci de satisfaction. Je leur fait confiance pour que nous nous entendions.
Cette marque reste avant tout fidèle à un esprit d'entreprise artisanale, et c'est ce qui fait toute leur valeur. N'y allez pas pour un service déshumanisé et industrialisé. Solovair est une marque nationale, avec un certain sens de l'éthique. Ces valeurs sont très précieuses aujourd'hui.

I ordered the wrong size boots. My fault entirely. But these were a Christmas gift for my son and this was just a few days before Christmas. I contacted Solovair and they led me through the returns process. They told me to return the wrong boots, order a new pair in the correct size, and they would refund that purchase.
Long story short - within THREE DAYS I had the right size boots, and the refund in my account.
ALL online purchases should be this good, this organised, this trouble free and this pleasant.
Solovair were charming, efficient, understanding, reactive and a delight from start to finish.

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Viv in customer service today, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such high-quality, British-made products with exceptional craftsmanship while also maintaining a truly personal, traditional approach to customer service. A genuinely refreshing experience from start to finish.

I purchased a pair of Cordovan Gibson shoes for my daughter this Christmas. She was almost too nervous to ask for them because they are such a high-quality, "investment" gift, but I was delighted to get them for her. While the updates from Solovair were clear, the third-party delivery company failed to actually attempt the delivery.

I contacted the company, and Viv at NPS Solovair was an absolute beacon of light. She performed a Christmas miracle and personally ensured a replacement pair arrived in time for the big day. My daughter is absolutely thrilled, she says they are the most comfortable shoes she has ever owned. Quality product, but even better people behind the brand.
