The sale of my house was expertly handled by Numove. Starting with the initial measure up, photographs, plot plan, valuation and sales presentation and review Numove got the ball rolling straight away with minimum delay. The right clients arrived with the asking price offer and a sale was quickly agreed. I can only thank Numove for their helpful advice and professionalism throughout the process. I think that I am correct in thinking that Numove also offer the best value for money.

Great service and a dedicated support team helped guide me as I am currently advertising my DEA services in and around my area in the form of door to door leafleting which will bring me more work and nu move more instructions.

I have been dealing with this company for a few weeks as I am moving house. I have been emailing and calling the office and the staff couldn't be more helpful. They get back to me within the hour and are open late so I can call once I've finished working. They've made my move very easy and they will be my first point of contact throughout my tennancy which sets my mind at ease.

From start to finish, very efficient and great to deal with. Property was sold within a week of having home report done and after only one night of viewings. Clearly, the right people saw what they wanted to see on the website. Property was sold for above the asking price so a very happy seller. And everything done for a very reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a first class service.

I recently purchased a house in Blackpool through nu move and their agent Mr Lord was first class. Nothing was any trouble for him, anything I asked for was dealt with very quickly and the whole process was very smooth. I have no hesitation in recommending nu move and their agent Lee, to anyone who's looking for a property and for that matter, the next time I sell it will be with these guys, well done. A+

The good is that the property did sell.... Eventually. The bad ; it was not a pleasant experience. The agent who did all the viewings really did put more effort in than was expected and was very helpful. But there was no qualifying of buyers status prior to accepting offers ( 'cash' buyers had no cash etc). This led to delays, lost prospects and a reduced price. Yes I saved money on normal agents fees but I sold it for less than I should have (?)and it took 7 months and that was more expensive in the long run. Would I use them again..... No.

Lee was very helpful and communicated with me very often. He was always getting in touch and updating me what I have to do and what is happening with the seller and his solicitor and whats next in the housebuying process. It was my first house so I was thankful for the way it was handled by Nu Move. They also recommended a solicitor for me.

The Nu-Move service was outstanding. I have only ever used traditional estate agents, consequently I had lots of questions and worries about how this remote website system would work. The Nu-Move team were able to a) hold my hand through every step, b) appointed a local representative to meet me face to face and c) helped sell my house quickly, efficiently and above all at minimum cost to me. I will never use a high street agent again!
