Very helpful staff it took a long time to do but Ari and Sarah were very patient and sorted out my account/app access. So great full to them both.

New Sim only Contract and retaining existing mobile number
Got new Sim new contract but also wanted to retain my old number. Went to O2 at Trafford Centre. There was a little bit of waiting but when it was my turn everything happened quite fast. Ariene was very good and supportive. She did everything as I expected. My old number was retained in the new contact and I could start using my mobile almost immediately. I wish Ariene all the very best for her future.
