Went into O2 shop in Trafford centre…
Went into O2 shop in Trafford centre with issue regarding no signal while on recent holiday in Croatia service advisors Shaun talked me through issues and gave great advise on going forward with any other issues in future holidays and all other data and call issues that may occur found him really helpful and spoke in layman’s term

I had issues with 02 online customer…
I had issues with 02 online customer services team, They have mess up everything. I have ordered 3 new sims, which never arrived, I have to call again still no luck, at the end I went twice to 02 Trafford centre office and the staff was very helpful. Online 02 customer service team has transferred my number incorrect and i was disconnects from my number for 5 days. Ist time i went Saim helped me and sorted out new sim cards, 2nd time i went Shaun and Callum sorted our the issue. 02 Trafford centre team are professional, polite and understand how to deliver a good job and a good customerservice. Thank you 02 Trafford centre team.
