Horrible treatment , you can't get in touch with your clinic or provider, transportation problems , they just want to see you every three months so they can take test that they never give you results... Ver más
This is for the Elgin IL clinic. The PCPs are good if you can keep the same one for more than 6 months. As of today I still don’t know who my new PCP will be. The administration is incompetent at best... Ver más

not a good place
not a good place for your health !! when you call you are talking to someone from another city so in the meantime as i found out you never talk to a doctor you have to wait until they call you no matter how long it takes i have a UTI and waited 2 days to get medicine as I'm writing this IM STILL WATING I've had it with this place!!! I could say so much more but there not worth my time

This place made a lot of promises when…
This place made a lot of promises when they recruited me. I've had nothing but disappointment. Today was it though. I've been sick and finally, (after alot of stuff with them) had an appointment. I called when the ride didn't show, the dr. called out and no one called. Now they're saying 2 weeks out before I can see her. I'm getting a new doctor.
