Really disappointed with service. Ordered 2 x 5 piece for kids. Showed on website as available. Turned out a blazer was not available for the youngest child. Decided to order without the blazer. They ended up sending the wrong size for the younger child. This meant that we had to end up purchasing a different suit which didn't match the elder child. Considering they sent a tracking confirmation stating items would arrive on time. Only to be someone else's tracking number. You can never get through to them on the phone. All communication is via email. Only just today I have had confirmation that they will refund me for the blazers that they charged for. So I'm out of pocket for a suit that didn't fit. Couldn't be bothered to send it back as too much effort already. Lesson learnt, that you get for what you pay. Spend a little extra for that piece of mind in stores.

The delivery was fast and efficient service and the product is just how the description was put , I’ve sent back for a return so I can get a bigger size and children’s feet grow quickly! I also ordered a suit from these guys and I can honestly say the quality is amazing

Bought a five piece suit for my son. Only to find that the blazer wasn’t sent with it. It does not matter how many times you phone this company up as I’ve tried multiple times plus every day and no one ever answers.
Sent an email off to them stating the issue and the fact we sent the suit back stating missing item and they come back saying it’s missing the blazer! Well you don’t say considering we emailed about it and tried phoning to get it sorted.
Communication is very poor! This has been ongoing for nearly 3 weeks. Seems they want to use any excuse not to refund the money.

AVOID this place at ALL costs!!!!

We bought a 4 piece suits for our 7 year old. The sizing was good (as expected) and the delivery was fast. The outfit meets expectations as per the website and looks good on. Thank you for providing affordable formal wear for kids!

Ordered a christening gown. It arrived in a couple of days. The quality of the gown is excellent. Brilliant service.

Company. They never answer the phone, quality is crap and still waiting for my refunds. They sent me the wrong suit.

Awful awful company just taking peoples money!

I returned this suit over 3 weeks ago nearly 4. Used Royal Mail recorded so I know they got the suit back.
Didn’t receive a refund so tried to ring this company and NO answer on the phone kept going to an answering machine. Sent them an email same day (6th July) asking where my refund was, they replied on July 7th stating that my refund would take slightly longer as they were busy, which is fair but they did state in the email that because they had the returned suit in their possession they would pass it to their returns team to issue refund asap. It’s now the 20th of July and still no refund. I’ve sent another email saying if I don’t get my refund I’ll open a complaint with my bank get the money back that way. Absolute shambles of a company avoid
