I had a serious motorcycle accident where a car had pulled out on me and I had to swerve to avoid a side on impact but was unable to control the slide resulting in a broken collar bone, several broken ribs and a collapsed lung. The car driver disputed liability so my insurer footed the bill for repairs. Unfortunately, I didn't have personal accident insurance but OCL stepped in and offered me cover via an ATE Policy.
OCL were absolutely first class throughout. I'd never had a serious accident before and was a little wary at first that I could be landed with costs. Claire reassured me and ordered additional scans, physiotherapy and even some counselling to get me back on my bike. Then Brett Fleming took over and was absolutely excellent. He really drove the case forward, explaining both positive precedents and potential litigation risks along the way and helped me make informed decisions. He succeeded in getting a settlement that I am absolutely delighted with. Thanks OCL and particularly Brett!!

We mainly dealt with Stephanie Robinson in relation to a claim against our insurance policy, and there were many times that we had to make contact with her - some involving lengthy conversations with her. She was always helpful, informative and polite, and a credit to her Company.

Absolutely diabolical. If I could leave no stars I would.
Not just One Call Solicitors but the whole "One" outfit.
One Claims, One Protect etc. It has taken 10 months to the day to get closure on my non fault accident. Far too much time wasted chasing etc.
They even managed to cause more damage to my car whilst in for assessment. When I queried it the comment from the garage was "what do you expect" !!!
The so called assessor did not even visit my car to assess, instead, did a "desktop" assessment based on photographs.. !!! In so doing, decided to write my car off and say it was un-roadworthy..
Passing an MOT the day it was delivered back to me proved him wrong.

I didn’t think I should have anything to do with the cost of repairs and going to court
The third party who bumped into me and his insurance company admitted responsibility. My insurance company charged too much for the repairs so i think it was down to them and no need for me to be involved

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff of o'clock solicitors they are so polite and very helpful. Very nice to phone them and get a real person.they have sorted out my claim in just a short time and now that chapter is now closed and top marks to them .
