Great Refurbished Laptop
We got an amazing deal on an HP laptop. Although it was advertised as “B Grade”, it arrived in immaculate condition and works amazingly well.
I’ve looked at many refurbished laptop suppliers in the past and have always been a little dubious, but I can honestly say that this laptop has exceeded my expectations. It’s in excellent condition, works perfectly, and represents fantastic value for money.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I have yet to receive my laptop
I have yet to receive my laptop. It's my fault as I forgot to clear it with customs in time. It was sent very fast, and I was informed. Only that my VAT refund was not processed in time compared to the last transactions. However, it was resolved quickly after I called to ask.

Good service/communication
Laptop at first didnt work, sent dpd to collect it the next day, gave me a replacement in a few days thats working perfectly, good customer service and great communication and quick delivery

Not happy with the service at all
Not happy with the service at all. Dealt with Toby and Jack. There are issue with the Power button and the alt button. They arranged the pick up twice with dpd. And DPD never turned to pick the laptop and now the OCM team are asking me to courier back the laptop. As a result I was loosing my work so had to start with the same laptop. I would not recommend them in future.

Having thoroughly investigated this situation with the help of DPD, we can confirm that DPD attended your apartment building on two occasions to collect the laptop. However, they have stated that they were unable to reach you, and their GPS tracking corroborates this.
We also asked whether you would be happy to drop the laptop off at your local Post Office and advised that we would gladly reimburse the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we never received a response from you.
We believe we went above and beyond to try and resolve this matter for you, and we're sorry that you feel we could have done more.
