Amazing product and amazing customer…
Amazing product and amazing customer service. We have used these screen covers on a number of our devices; Nintendo switch, iPhones iPads etc and they really make a difference blocking the blue light. You can feel the difference straight away. Their customer service is excellent.

I’ve had 3 screen protectors so far and I absolutely love them, they go on seamlessly and I love the blue screen.
It doesn’t change the color of the screen either which is what I love the most!
Well apart from protecting my eyes! 😂
I had a problem with my recent order but customer service were fantastic and sorted it out straight away.

Ocushield has great customer service. One of our screens arrived cracked and after sending them a photo they sent us a new one.
I wish their screen protectors weren’t so expensive, that’s why I gave 4 stars.

Do not recommend!!!
I have had 2 replacements. The first screen protector broke in 2 days from slipping off my lap on pergo floors not tile or something hard. My second replacement broke within a few days an I didn’t drop it or anything. I have no idea how it is already cracked. Not to mentioned my daughter purchased the same protector for her phone and it fell an shattered into several splinters of glass. Glass shards were everywhere. I would not recommend this protector.

I’m really sorry to read about your experience, that sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after needing replacements and then having another issue happen. We completely understand why you’d feel disappointed.
Just to explain a little, our screen protectors are made from tempered glass. This material is designed to absorb impact to protect the actual device screen, but because of that it can sometimes crack or shatter after drops or pressure, even when the force doesn’t seem strong. That said, we absolutely want to look into this properly for you as this isn’t the experience we want anyone to have.

I am really pleased with the Ocushield products I have bought. I have shields for my phone, iPad and laptop and they are really effective. In an ideal world I would have one for my TV which I don't think is possible. I'm now looking into getting some of your glasses for watching TV. Purchased anti blue screen with built-in privacy feature for macbook air. Easy installation, product is high quality, and privacy feature works. However, unable to verify anti blue filter. Could not comment on the customer service since I have no issues with the protection screen.

Customer Support is top-notch. My questions were answered and taken care of in a timely fashion. I received a notice of the expiration of a $10.00 gift card which I asked to be applied to an order that was already paid for, but had not shipped. No problem. They refunded the money to my account.

Delightful people and really happy with the Ocushield!
Even though I believe it was my mistake that I got the wrong size ocushield screen for my MacBook Pro, Ocushield went above and beyond to replace my order with no additional charges!!. I was very surprised as I would have been willing to pay for shipping etc.

I have LOVED my blue light blocking glasses
I have LOVED my clear and amber tinted blue light glasses. They are first very cute, but also they work very well. The customer service is fanstastic, which is truly hard to find, especially with niche wellness products. Try the glasses out, you won't regret it!

I suffer with a lot of light sensitivity
I have ADHD and post-concussion syndrome, and my concussion directly affected my vision. I live with Irlen syndrome and visual snow syndrome, which makes me extremely sensitive to screens, light frequency, and eye strain. Because of this, I am very selective about what I use. I have tried multiple blue light filters over the years, and Ocushield is the only one I trust and continue to use. I use it on my phone and laptop for graduate school and work, and I couldn’t function without them. You can tell they put real R&D into this product.

Huge waste of money and time.
We ordered 2 pairs prescription glasses for myself and my husband in different sizes. They both arrived the same size- his are far too small and goodness knows what prescription they worked to but we can NOT see with them at all! They will not offer any refund or take any responsibility. Order with extreme caution it cost us £180 and they are only fit for the bin!

Exceptional Support and Product Quality
I purchased the Ocushield to help with screen glare since I use my iPad as a TV at night. When it arrived, I had a bit of trouble with the initial positioning near the volume buttons—it was likely user error—but the pressure caused the screen protector to crack.
I reached out to customer service the next morning and was connected with Mia. She could not have been more pleasant or accommodating! Without any hassle, she immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out. It is so refreshing to be treated fairly and with such efficiency. I’m very happy with the product and the company’s integrity. I highly recommend doing business with Ocushield.
