Excellent customer service, replaced a scratched cupboard door straight away with no issues. Laura was very easy to deal with and organised everything, then followed up to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Will definately use this company again.

Scammers. Nothing else I can say. This is the first and last time I'm ordering from them. My parcel never arrived. There were no proofs they ever sent anything to me. And then they keep changing story in every email, according to them, first it was signed at different address, then said they can't find my address, then when I requested to get a refund, they said they have to receive back my parcel, which is nowhere to be found and only then they will refund. This is against consumers rights. So I just had to go ahead and ask my bank for help to get my money back. They should be reported and investigated.

I changed the configuration of desks a couple of times and it was never a problem. Prompt replies to emails

Everything went like clockwork with no hiccups the tradespeople were very polite and efficient. The whole process from selecting the item, arranging the delivery, recycling and installation via Laura was very professional and well done.

Website is amazing

There was a very minor (and I do mean very minor) issue with delivery, but the staff/email support was 2nd to none. Once the issue was sorted, my shipping was upgraded, and I received the desk very quickly.
The quality of the desk is amazing, and for the cost, I can't fault it in any way. Would without hesitation use them again.

Great website, easy to use

I needed a replacement fixings pack as I lost the original during a move. Danielle sorted me out with a new pack they had on hand, didn't even ask for postage. I've bought two desks now from Office Monster, and service has always been top 👌.

Easy ordering process, quick response

I originally ordered a grey oak combination cupboard, but the manufacturer kept pushing back the delivery date, so I swapped to a plain oak unit. Laura was a huge help and sorted it for me without issue and even supplied next day delivery after all the waiting. Unfortunately the glass doors weren't delivered as they were broken prior to being loaded on the truck. I emailed Laura and she had a new set sent out in the next delivery. Despite the hiccups, Laura couldn't have been more helpful and she was very quick to answer queries. I'd have no issue ordering from Office Monster again.

I bought this chair in 2021 but within few months the arm rest was broken. Looks a cheap plastic material used. The chair is fine and I am now using the chair without the arm rest. I still gave 3 stars...Do I get a replacement arm rest??

Said I'd get next day delivery and I didn't - when they attempted to deliver the parcel the following day (which I only know as I have the ring door bell video to prove it - sadly, I couldnt answer the ring doorbell as I was driving) the courier didn't leave a note to say they'd tried to deliver. no attempt was made to leave it with a neighbour (I've checked) - when I called customer service at office monster they firstly claimed it had been delivered (why would I call them to tell them it hadn'tbeen delivered if it had been delivered) then they quickly retrenched - the excuse for not delivering the next day was 'something happened at the depot' - could they have not emailed me to let me know - problems happen, its not a perfect world, i'd have understood - but I sat in my office all day waiting for the parcel - they have my email address, the 5 marketing emails I've had since I made my purchase from them prove this - but nothing about my parcel - the customer service chap I spoke to on the phone was very nice and he was phoning me back - 24 hours later he hasn't called and the parcel still hasn't turned up and I have no indication when it will - other than there could be up to 3 attempts over 48 hours (no morning or afternoon indication - nothing) - as a very small business that needs to be out and about this is not ideal. I'm disappointed really - on the face of it this looks a great company with super prices - but if you can't get the product you paid for in a timely manner - when most courier companies these days do give email/text message support to who they are delivering to - what is the point.

Our order came very quickly but unfortunately the screws were missing. Lauren from the customer service team responded very quickly and sent out the screws the next day. She even followed up to make sure they were received. Great service, thank you!

The order process was great with options to choose a delivery date. The delivery was on time and early in the morning which really helped. I knocked off 1 star but only because a part was missing, however the customer service to get this replaced was amazing. Laura Boydon in customer support had the part delivered prompt the next day with no issues and kept me in the loop with all the proceedings. I felt very listened to and supported.
