I ordered a custom dress and gave my exact measurements. The dress was terrible. It looks nothing like the picture. I tried to return it with a full refund. They want to try and offer little to nothing for a dress I will never use. First, they offered $30, $50, and then $80. I paid $253 for a dress I can't use. Buyers beware before you purchase from them. Don't believe the good reviews.

I recently bought a dress for a gala and it was an absolute showstopper! The bodice is very supportive and the dress is very flattering and allows for great movement!

I was nervous at first to purchase something that would have to travel so far, but I was wonderfully surprised. It showed up exactly how I ordered and very quickly. I would recommend this site to others! Much cheaper than other dresses I had priced and wonderful speed and quality. Thanks!

This was a stunning dress. Well made. The laces in the back made it easy to customize the fit. Follow the sizing guidelines they post. The fabric was perfect. I wore this to a military ball and got lots of compliments. The communication from the seller was perfect. Shipping takes a while so order in advance. Worth the wait.

My product (a long prom dress) was a good as it appeared on the photos. The dress is comfortable to wear and laundered well. It arrive in less time than advertised and is excellent value for money.

The outfit is just like it seems in the photo. Everyone I showed thought it looked amazing on them, and the fabric was lovely. In actuality,it exceeds my expectations. I get a glamorous , feminine feeling from it.

My aunt had a terrible experience with Okdais. She ordered two dresses, expecting them to match the luxury items they posted on their website. What she received looked like cheap knock-offs, completely different from the photos. The zipper would not even work. It felt like something from a dollar store. When she tried to return them, the company refused to cooperate, despite her offering to pay a restocking fee. In her opinion, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This company is misleading and untrustworthy. Don’t fall for their fake photos and empty promises.

The fabric is very nice, handmade and every detailed as in the photo. When I bought the dress I was worry it wont be here on time, but it deliver quickly. I am very happy with this purchase I absolutely recommend okdais for dresses, excellent design and quality for the price.

I've been holding off on this for a long time, but their customer service is terrible. I ordered a dress from their website and it is terrible, it looks different in the photos, cheap material, poorly made. You cannot add bad opinions on their website. Okdais is one big website that scams people. I think the positive comments are only from people working there to cheat other people and make money from them. I think that someone will add a good comment right after my opinion so that someone can still be fooled.

I Love Okdais and recommend it to all my friends when they're looking for something special. Absolutely gorgeous dress, just as pictured and stunning to wear. I can't wait to show it off.

I ordered a dress that looks different in the photo and it arrived completely different. I have a problem with returning it. I paid $300 for the dress and the customer service offers me a compensation of $20. I don't understand the positive opinions about this website, I think this website is a big scam.

I was extremely nervous to order from here but my daughter’s dress came out perfect. She honestly got so many compliments. She was best dressed at prom. Will order again for sure!
