Bought a prom dress. The dress is absolutely horrific. It is pictured as a silky formal dress. The fabric is actually a stretchy polyester. The colors are completely off. The description is misleading. The customer service is atrocious. Save yourself the time and order elsewhere. The website does not post their negative reviews either…wrote a negative review and shocking it doesn’t show. SCAM sweat shop. DO NOT BUY!!

The store met my expectations very well and met my needs. The store's service is also very good! I was very satisfied with my purchase and I can guarantee that the fabric used to make the pieces is of excellent quality! The variety of products in the store is also a differentiator to consider!

I ordered a dress. It arrived after a couple of days but of course, VERY DISSAPOINTING. It was too large and the material of bad quality (not at all as suggested in the photos) + it was full of sewing holes on the front part of the corset (and they said it was due to transport damage but it is not true because there were no damages to the package).
I tried to return it and THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DO IT. They say you have to return it yourself, by your means, with your money and they will keep 10 % of your money for returning it ON YOUR COST. Not even now I did not succeed to do the return.

Dealing with the store was nice and they were quick to respond, but there was a problem with the sizes and some of the shape of the fabric of the dress, but it was beautiful, but the sizes were a large dress and the shape differed from what was requested, and the brother’s dress was a small size. We do not know what the problem was or from whom, but dealing with them was good, far from the problems that happened to the dresses.

This is to worst place ever to buy dresses from!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!! I ordered dresses from them and they didn't come on time for the event I was going to on New Year's. I just returned home last night where the dresses were at my front door. I emailed them last night for a return label. I received an email from them just now stating that my 3 days as a pass so I can't return the dresses. They know that I haven't touched the dresses because I was working back and forward with them by email that I no longer wanted the dresses. They stated to me that I had to wait for the dresses to come to me and then I could return them with some fees. My next phone call is to the News!!!!

To everyone out there! PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANY DRESSES FROM THIS COMPANY! I had some events i was going to and a New Year's Eve party so I ordered 4 dresses from them totaling $1,100. From the time I placed my order I was in contact with. I ordered a 2 sizes bigger so it wouldn't be a problem. They emailed my once I placed my order asking my exact measurements because the dresses are made when ordered. What I didn't understand is they give you a size chart of the measurements so that why I ordered 2 sizes bigger. So at that point I asking was my dresses going to be on time? They replied back that all of them would not and they couldn't tell me which ones would. I immediately asked to cancel my order and refund me my money. They emailed me back stating that they can only give me back 800.00 of my money because that's they policies for the dress maker started the dresses. How can they have started my dress and they ask me for my measurements and it now getting to me to after the New Year. I placed my order on 12/18/23 Ladies!!! Please don't order anything from them. Find another store!!! I truly try to show the emails sent so you could see the dates and timing but it wouldn't let me.

Je suis très embêté le j’ai commandé une robe à 200 euros depuis le 14 août toujours pas reçu ils ne répondent pas sur les réseaux il n’y a pas de moyen d’annuler , la robe n’a toujours pas été expédié cela ne va pas du tout !!!!

SCAM! CHINA SWEATSHOP sells poor made cheap dresses and when demanded refund of $178 they only offered $40 and ship back to China! I filed an e-commerce fraud complaint and getting my money back through credit card company. Waited for it 2 months. I have all the email communications and pictures of the dress.
